Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

Day before yesterday
B - coffee x2
Lunch - home made beef stew out of the freezer and a slice of buttered Tiger bread

Tea - chicken kebab

Yesterday
B- coffee x2
Lunch - cheese salad
Tea- three crumpets with lots of butter

Lots of water and a few diet cokes along the way

Yesterday--
B: yoghurt with fruit, granola and walnuts
L: vegetable soup (which I physically couldn't eat after two spoonfuls), hummus and falafel wrap
S: an apple and a chocolate biscuit
D: salmon en croute, crispy sliced potatoes, tender stem broccoli
S: dark chocolate

Yesterday
B-scrambled eggs on 2 slices of toast and cup of tea.
S- few almonds and raisins
L- lentil and coconut milk dahl, banana and strawberry yoghurt
S- packet of prawn cocktail seabrook crisps
D- home made fish pie followed by Aldi sticky toffee pudding and small scoop of ice cream

Plus one small can of lager and one small glass of red wine

For breakfast I had a four egg mushroom omlette.

Snack
Banana, protein shake and some oreos.

Lunch
Mixed veg stir fry, egg noodles, tofu and a satay type sauce.

Dinner
We’re having
Home made pizzas, garlic bread and salad. We have dairy free brownies and dairy free icecream for pudding.

Ds1's birthday today so very much not typical, but since we can't do much else eating has been the main focus...

B - full English (bacon, sausage, black pudding, mushrooms, fried egg, beans. Small piece of bread

L - 'party food' - small sausage roll, cheese, pork pie, a few crisps, hummus with cucumber, carrot and pepper sticks, small piece of baguette with butter, pickled onion, branston pickle.

Birthday cake (Victoria sponge with vanilla butter cream and various peanut related decorations - Reece's peanut butter cups, peanut m&ms, sliced up snickers bar.)

We're now resting for a while! Takeaway curry for dinner later but I shall eat a very small portion!!! Ds is a 6'3" 15 year old rugby player so his birthday food requirements are BIG!! (And it would be rude not to join inWink)

Half a bagel

Tiny slice of pizza I stole from my dc dinner

A piece of cheddar dipped in jalapeno jam

A poppadom

Slice of wholemeal bread and butter

Very random and crap eating to be honest.

Making twice baked jacket potatoes for dinner with sausage and pepper filling.

B: chocolate banana porridge
L: cheese omelette (2 eggs) with 2 slices of wholemeal toast and a bag of salt and vinegar crisps.
D: bowl of leftover aubergine, carrot, cauliflower and coconut lentil curry with a slice of bread, then some fried up leftover polenta and cheese bc it needed eating.

Snacks included tea and a ridiculous amount of ginger nuts. Still not eating that well, no excuse really now, I think I've got into bad habits

B: pancakes with banana, mango and biscoff, and a decaff coffee
L: salmon with edamame, sugar snap peas, rice and a Japanese-ish dressing, snack sized Toffee Crisp
D: Dark and Stormy cocktail while cooking, then toad in the hole with potatoes, peas, broccoli and ketchup
Evening snack: peppermint tea and a Penguin

Night shift life:
1.30am pack of salt and vinegar crisps and a couple of jaffa cakes
6am 3 biscuits
9.30am slice of toast
2pm choc hobnob, couple of cheese pastry twists
6pm dhal
just now couple of mini sausage rolls while making DC's packed lunch

Fruit, nuts and oats for breakfast
Homemade carrot & coriander soup (carrot overflow as bought a packet then got more in veg box), bread & butter for lunch
For dinner, chicken kebab, chips & salad made by my OH who weirdly added an Aldi spring roll on the side as he's defrosting the fridge

B - 2 American coffees, Apple and pb on seeded toast

S - 3 oatcakes and hummus

L - butternut squash and pepper soup, bread and an earl grey tea

D - crisps and beer! Then 2 Mexican beef wraps and chips and a brownie and red wine

It all goes wrong for me in the evening! 😄

Snack: DD's homemade peppermint cream "snowballs"

Lunch: scrambled egg, one slice of cheese on toast and mushrooms

Snack: tea and 2 x chocolate digestive

Dinner: vegetarian bangers and mash with gravy, sugar snap peas and baby carrots.

Yoghurt

Snack: tea and 2 x chocolate biscuits

"Homemade" is over egging it a bit for peppermint cream "snowballs" made by my youngest, come to think of it!

Pigged out a bit yesterday, all courtesy of work

Breakfast - small fry up - two rashers (left the fat), one sausage, spoonful of mushrooms, spoonful of tomatoes

Lunch - roast dinner - couple of slices of turkey, three potatoes, broccoli, carrots, gravy

Snack - tunnocks teacake

Supper - about six mini cheese rolls, a very milky coffee with whole milk

Not nearly enough vegetables!

B - small bowl of muesli, orange juice and Greek yoghurt
S - banana
L - leftover Singapore noodles, satsuma
D - takeaway curry that we were supposed to have for ds's birthday yesterday but we were all too full of all the other birthday food!
I've ordered Sag paneer and mushroom Bhaji, and I'll share some rice and naan with ds2. Dh has just gone to get it - can't wait.
There will also be birthday cake 🎂
