What have you eaten today

Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

Yesterday was

Breakfast - two coffees with milk, Greek yoghurt and honey

Lunch - Lebanese flatbread with cheese, salsa lettuce and tomatoes. Glass of squash

Dinner - two tacos with refried beans, mince and salad filling. Glass of diet coke

After dinner - another very milky coffee
Massive glass of Baileys

Today have just had two cups of coffee and not really hungry so will wait until lunchtime to eat. Lunch will be padrón peppers, vine tomatoes, olives and a couple of slices of tiger bread. No idea what's for dinner.

Looking back at that I am shockingly bad at drinking things that are not coffee. toddles off to get a glass of water

Breakfast: Quaker Oats raisin granola and milk

Snack: Decaff coffee and a digestive bar

Lunch: Homemade coronation chicken, petit pain, cucumber, spinach, asparagus, Breakaway bar

Dinner: will be chicken and veg curry with rice, peas and garlic naan.

Probably a mint tea and chocolate biscuit after DS has gone to bed too. Lots of water throughout. I'd like to say I have less chocolate normally, but that's not really true...

B - skyr yoghurt and a piece of cheese
L - ham salad and chutney sandwich, bag of snack a jacks, apple and a caramel wafer
No evening meal
4 cups of tea, 2 or so litres water

Breakfast - Fruit and nut bar
Lunch - Turkey sandwich and nuts
Dinner - 2x Chicken noodles (maggi noodles)

Breakfast was coffee

Lunch was the last flatbread, some padrón peppers, tomatoes, a bit of halloumi and a spoonful of humous. Glass of diet coke

Didn't have a snack but another coffee

Dinner will be firecracker chicken, corn on the cob and some other vegetable. Probably with a glass of squash or water.

No alcohol today as in work tomorrow

B - nothing, don't usually eat breakfast
L - beans and cheese on wholegrain toast
D - chickpea, sweet potato and spinach curry with rice
S - four peanut butter cookies

Today

B - nothing
L - cheese and onion sandwich and ready salted crisps
D - crispy breaded chicken and salad
Probably a G&T later.

Will shortly be making vegetable Penang curry with rice

Probably not enough really given I also ran 5 miles, and mucked out/rode my horse. I think I’ll have a beer with the curry Grin

B - muesli, orange juice, Greek yoghurt
S - banana
L - leftover veg chilli, apple, chocolate digestives
S - little pot of granola, almonds, raisins.
D - Korean rice - Save with Jamie recipe with leftover beef brisket, mushrooms, Savoy cabbage, chilli, poached egg on top.

Dh made Christmas buns today for a photo shoot so just had one of them for pudding with a coffee. It was a bit like a Greggs Belgian bun crossed with a cinnamon bun. Bloody lovely!

T - 3 Costco chicken nuggets and salad. Choc protein shake

B- multigrain porridge sachet with almond milk
S- mini brownie bite, satsuma
L- chicken noodle soup and 3 x ryvita
S- another mini brownie bite and a banana
D- grilled venison steak, parmentier potatoes and steamed veg (with a red wine sauce)
S- handful m&ms, greek yoghurt with a sprinkle of granola

1pm 2 chocolate hobnobs dipped in tea
4pm crumpet buttered
6.30pm tofu, vegan bacon, mushrooms and guacomole in a wrap

L: leftover French onion soup and baguette
D: toad in the hole made with wild boar sausage, white and sweet potato mash, gravy - really full now!
2 × diet coke (I also have a water bottle but realised today I haven't been including water here)

B - scrambled eggs on toast, juice, tea
S - banana
L - carrot and coriander Soup, bread and butter. Chocolate biscuit.
D: spaghetti Bolognese followed by some yoghurt.

Not a very sensible day yesterday, but I was just coming out of a bad patch of anxiety so was enjoying eating without feeling sick /tense.
B: 2 shortbread fingers
L: 4 small slices cheese on toast (end of the loaf), an apple, bag of salt and vinegar crisps
S: cup of sweet tea
D: leftover butternut squash and bulgar wheat chilli with a fried egg, vanilla ice cream.
Large handful of ritz crackers in the evening.
I made a meal plan last night so should hopefully be more sensible for the next week or so.

Not enough.
I've been laid low with a virus all week, and the first sign of me getting very crook, is a loss of appetite.
So, a black cup of tea. A cup of echinacea and rasberry tea. Half a piece of cheese and tomato on toast. And an OJ.
I want my appetite back!

S - banana, chocolate digestives
L - broccoli and Stilton soup, small piece of olive focaccia. Apple.
S - pot of almonds, raisins and granola
D - gnocchi with bacon and tomato sauce, olive focaccia, salad.
Half an iced fruit bun.

Lots of tea and decaf coffee, water (never enough)
