Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

B: 2 poached egg and slice of wholegrain break
L: chicken, beensprout, pepper and onion stir fry
D: tomato soup and 2x wholegrain bread

Couple of lattes and a few of the kids sweets. Will probably have a snack when kids are down maybe prawns.

Porridge with peanut butter and a banana. Latte.

Two slices gf toast, one with peanut butter, one with butter and raspberry jam.

Stirfried broccoli, green beans, pak Choi and onions with cashews, marinated tofu and brown rice.

2 gf ginger biscuits.

Copious cups of tea, mint tea and an alcohol-free beer.

Breakfast, 6am 1 slice of toast with marmalade
1 fresh coffee

break 11.30am 1 instant coffee

lunch 2.45pm Rizts crackers and caramelized onion hummus, glass of water

Dinner, black Kale cheesey mashpotato, and pork loin. glass of water

Now eyeing up a salted caramel magnum maybe washed down after with some lindor Grin

Water drank throughout th day.

S - banana
L - homemade leek and potato soup, oatcakes, pear
S - pot of granola, almonds, raisins. 2 chocolate digestives
D - vegetable chilli, brown rice, cheese, avocado, Greek yoghurt.

D - early because hungry a very spicy Dahl with some basmati rice And lots of yoghurt. Grapes.
2 small cold beers.
V busy at work so eating’s gone a bit haywire (and sleep etc).

Slightly crap today
Two hash browns (the supermarket frozen ones)
Leftover bowl of dahl and toasted cashews
Some vegan sweets
Sweet potato and endemame burger on brown roll

Did run 5 miles and do a 3 mile walk Blush

L: salad and an apple.
D: chickpea stew. Slightly burnt. Haloween Sad So I had to have a —large— bag of pickled onion space raiders to take the taste away.

B: 1 slice avocado toast, mushrooms and spinach w/ 2 hard boiled eggs, tea and half a grapefruit
L: Leftovers from last nights dinner: Salmon, quinoa salad and stir fried broccoli, tea and an apple
D: black bean fajitas
S: 2 easy peelers clementines
Also had 2.5L of water

Wonderful day today. Crackers with cheese for breakfast. Fish pie, chips and veggies for lunch, meat stew for tea. Love it when dd is here, as I eat properly.

S: couple of shortbread fingers with a cup of cocoa
D: bulgar wheat and butternut squash chilli leftover from last night with grated cheese "for variety"

L: Corned beef sandwich on brown bread, salt & vinegar crisps. A small fromage frais, bottle of water

S: 3 custard cream biscuits and a cuppa

D: Battered haddock, oven chips and mushy peas

Had a couple of peppermint teas this evening too.

D: salmon with peas, green beans, broad beans, edamame, sugar snaps and rice. Baked apple stuffed with dates and walnuts. Rose wine.

Water and tea throughout the day.
