Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

Breakfast - 2 coffees with milk
Lunch - leftover tuna cheese pasta
Snack - 2 strawberry pencils
Dinner - alcoholic ginger beer and stuffed pepper (with brown rice, black beans, corn, onion and cheese with Cajun seasoning).
Snack - to be decided! Maybe a flapjack.

B: Greek yogurt with granola, cherries and banana

Snack: tunnocks caramel wafer

L: kofte wrap with carrot salad houmous and harissa. Four squares dark chocolate

Snack: graze spicy peas

Pre dinner: handful of crisps and a G&T

D: hake curry and rice. Chocolate dessert pot.

More snacks and chocolate than an average day and probably barely managed 5-a-day.

L - cheese and ham toastie, doritos, grapes

A couple of cups of tea and a coffee

D - pasta with cream cheese, olives, ham and sundried tomato's, 1/3 can of rice pudding

B- multigrain porridge sachet with almond milk
S- two satsumas
L- itsu katsu instant noodles
S- salt and vinegar hippeas, fig roll
D- wholewheat spaghetti with mushroom ragu and lots of cheese
S- two crumpets with peanut butter and banana, a dark chocolate 2 finger kitkat

Breakfast - coffee with semi skimmed milk

Lunch - Spanish chicken with mash (chicken thigh, tomato based sauce with courgettes and onions I think). Can of Pepsi max

Dinner - broccoli and Stilton soup.

Both meals were eaten in work and I am actively trying to lose weight.

Had another coffee and a glass of pear and rose cordial when I got home.

Still not drank enough water.

Pleasantly surprised with how not hungry and sluggish I'm feeling despite doing a 12 hour shift in a busy nursing home. My very non scientific guess is because I'm using lots of energy digesting more food than I actually need. Which unfortunately in reality is very little as I am very short and small boned.

B: Porridge with a little drizzle of golden syrup
L: Homemade cauliflower and leek soup, ham cheese pickle salad sandwich on granary bread, small bag of mini cheddars
D: Lentil daal, homemade chapati, poppadom and lime chutney

Trying to eat healthily but not sure what that means after years of dodgy dieting! Think today was a bit carby

L: Wasabi chilli chicken (it was horrible) and a tiny bit of its rice.
D: one small glass of wine and a cup of tea.
Snacks: diet cranberry lemonade, cup of tea, cup of coffee, lots of water.

S: handful ritz crackers, cup of sweet tea
D: cherry tomato and chorizo pasta, last of the vanilla ice cream
Bit short on the fruit and veg, hoping the bananas are ripe for tomorrow's breakfast to get me off to a better start.

L: left over sausage and bean casserole, poached egg, slice of thick warburtons toast
Snack: espresso with one sugar (yesterday was a rough day at work), 1 baked crisp pinched DP as he wandered past my desk munching them!
D: vegetable thali, chilli rice
2 × diet coke
Water bottle

I’d completely lost track by about 11am today, just been grazing all day Blush
Having to go through some case law for work and comfort eating my way through not understanding half of it Blush

D - will be a burger with all the trimmings gherkins, cheese, mustard, brioche bun) and salad. I'll try to resist the chips but can't make any promises.
Red wine.
Possibly some chocolate later. The Christmas quality street are whispering my name...

2 slices wholemeal toast with proper butter and marmite and 2 cups of tea.

Lunch was half a cheese salad baguette and a few squares of dairy milk.

Dinner is sweet chilli chicken, rice and stir fry veg with a vat glass of Prosecco.

I'll also finish off the mint vienetta Smile

Mid afternoon: Two white rolls and butter, curried parsnip soup
Dinner: baked rice with peanut sauce. Strawberry yogurt.

Snack: quarter of a chocolate orange.
Hot chocolate with whipped cream
Tea: potato and sprout gratin with chestnut crumb and 2 Quorn sausages

I'm dieting and intermittent fasting . WFH for me has meant the weight has piled on through lack of movement and snacking

B: Yoghurt, museli, blueberries and honey
L: 1.5 helpings of yesterday's lasagne (mushroom and ricotta)
S: a pear and a coffee
D: Pasta bake and salad (probably 1.5 helpings again). Desert: about a quarter of a coconut.

Ate larger portions than usual today as had done a 12K run and hungry.

Take away flat white coffee from independent coffee van that has started parking on the cliff top.

Dinner: Cottage pie and broccoli
Pineapple and double cream.

D Sirloin steak, baby leaf salad with onion & cucumber, tomatoes, macaroni cheese & few homemade skin on chips (DS’s birthday meal choice)
Slice of Malteser birthday cake

L Leftover cauliflower salad
S Cheese & onion crisps
D Jacket potato, tuna mayo & red onion, mixed salad
