When was the last time you went to a pub/restaurant?

About a year ago for me.

we've eaten in three times over Aug-Sept. Just our household, in restaurants where we were confident that social distancing etc would be well-adhered to, so we could relax and enjoy the meal. Most weekends we get a coffee and cake to eat at an outside table from a local cafe as well.

from what I've seen of local pubs I'm not bothered about going back - they look far less COVID-safe than the restaurants we've been in, and I'm not sure I'd be able to relax.

2 weeks ago whilst on holiday in North Norfolk at a busy pub on the Broads. I wasn't impressed. Can't say it felt very COVID safe.
I doubt whether we'll be eating out again anytime soon as we don't normally eat out much anyway.

Yesterday evening. I go every evening for a glass of lemonade or a gin and lemonade on the weekend. It's a street away from me!

End of February 2020

Last night

About half an hour ago. I met a friend for lunch that I haven't seen since lockdown. I'm vulnerable but bloody hell it did me good to have a gossip and a laugh, I really needed it.

Sunday. Will probably go out for dinner on Saturday too.

I am fed up with Covid and living my life as normally as possible. I'm not being a dick about it; I'm wearing a mask and washing my hands and I haven't been to any mass gatherings, but I'm not going to restrict myself any more than I absolutely have to.

Pub - march.

Coffee shop - 2 weeks ago (the first time since march)

About two hours ago, I went for lunch with my Mum.

1 week ago.
DH and I went away for a few nights (in UK) and ate out lunchtimes and evenings.
We’re planning to eat out/pub again this weekend.
We wear masks (apart from when eating/drinking), ensure the pub/restaurant/cafe has good social distancing/wash hands/sanitise etc, so why not?

Tuesday

It's so long ago, I can't remember

In February I think, for pizza.

Last week.

Local lockdown now so can’t meet up with anyone, but I’m considering taking DCs out for lunch over the weekend.

Neither DH or I can be bothered to cook tonight so we’re going out to one of our local restaurants.

Sunday for lunch with husband and children. Very keen to support local businesses.

Saturday and I’m going out for tea at 6pm. Have eaten out every week since restaurants and cafes opened back up.

Saturday night - a bar and a restaurant for a friend's birthday.

I've been a fairly frequent visitor to pubs since they've re-opened. Our local has done their garden up so it's pretty much all covered by marquees, tables are properly spaced out and obviously 100% table service so it feels as safe as it can.

I'm still working from home and barely leave the house during the week so I'm desperate for some social contact by the weekend and feel I'm doing it safely enough.

January. I miss going but I believe it to be too dangerous still

Pub last weekend. Usually go every weekend, they spread us out and don't allow people to the bar. We sit outside except when it's too cold!

Pub for lunch about 3 weeks ago

Last night. Not a usual occurrence though

February but I'm going on Saturday, feeling a little nervous but we'll be sitting outside in a heated area in a spaces out table. I feel for my mental health I need to take some gentle steps to normality.

Last night, everything was kept clean and felt very safe.
