Yesterday and I went twice.

I took my DD17 out for the day and we ate at The Real Greek for lunch and then we had our dinner at 5Guys,it was a very lovely but very very long day out.

BreconBeBuggered · 10/10/2020 22:15

March. Couple of family birthdays back then, so we went to restaurants more often than usual. Nothing since.

CovidPostingName · 10/10/2020 22:28

Pub today. Sat outside, only one other table occupied, about 20ft away diagonally. Staff all masked, checked that we'd provided details. Glasses all handled at the bottom, not around the lip/rim.

Restaurants on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday - we were on a short break locally. Sunday and Monday venues were brilliant, details checked, full distancing between tables, disposable menus, gloves & masks for staff. Felt really safe. Tuesday's place, well, I wouldn't go back. Didn't check details. Distance was okay to start with but by the time we'd finished all the tables were occupied and they certainly weren't 2m apart. We decided not to have dessert so that we could leave at that point.

Can't remember exactly, but definitely before lockdown. Probably February.

LAlady · 05/12/2020 13:22

End of October. Will be going to one next two Saturdays - albeit outside with heaters etc.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 05/12/2020 13:59

A few months ago - outside on a heated patio with dp and 2 friends. God, I miss it.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 05/12/2020 13:59

Agree that pubs and restaurants feel safer than shops.

SirVixofVixHall · 05/12/2020 14:00

whatswithtodaytoday · 05/12/2020 14:05

February. I really miss it, we used to eat out a lot.

I would probably go outdoors if we had childcare, but realistically nowhere indoors is 'safe'. I assume when I see people inside restaurants that they don't really care about the virus.

On the last night before the last lockdown started, so about a month ago. Wetherspoon pub - I had a lovely 11 inch pizza and several pints of ale for a quid a pint. The manager decided to sell it very cheaply rather than waste it Smile.

9bt9 · 05/12/2020 15:44

Probably easily over two years ago.

DorisDaisyMay · 05/12/2020 15:54

Yesterday I went to Cote Brasserie with my husband for a date and today I went to Nando’s with my husband and children for lunch.

End of October- country pub with outdoor area which is covered and heated .

Actually that was the last time I went anywhere apart from local daily walks .

Considering going back again ..... all the pubs we normally visit are open in Tier 2 area a couple of miles away . Unfortunately where we live comes under Tier 3 .
