What is your favourite television theme music, whether British or foreign ?

Mine is (Jam For) World In Action. A very powerful and thought-provoking piece that suited the nature of the programme perfectly.

I quite liked Barnacle Bill from Blue Peter before the Mike Oldfield arrangement displaced it. A pleasant, jolly hockey sticks kind of number.

The theme music and soundtrack album are both awesome. Sung by Eivor, a Faroese singer, it's beautiful and moving and thought provoking
