Cam girl?

chamenamed · 23/08/2020 02:49

I recently drew out some money to pay for a service.

Somehow this money has now gone missing and I need a quick way to make 750

Any ideas? Or any cam girls on here with experience?

@Elieza

I take it you mean you want to get into cam girl work and are wondering how to go about it. Your reason being the electrician needing paid. The whole money getting stolen is by the by.

I don’t know the answer but just trying to clarify the question for others who might come along.

I’m sure I watched a porno in 1986 that had a similar story. Only it wasn’t an electrician it was a washing machine repair guy who (shockeroonie) accepted payment in kind as she didn’t have enough money to pay him.

It was so pathetic and he was so hideous that it put me right off porn. And washing machine repairers (although my current one is ace and totally fixed my temperamental machine for only £70 cash with no mention of other methods of payment). Wink

I would touch a washing machine repair man unless he was into CALGON

Sorry ..wouldn't ha ha

Port1aCastis · 23/08/2020 17:07

Try narrating Jackanory, I think that pays well
However do not discard your pants and flash your flange to all and sundry, as someone may recognise it's features take a screen grab, print it off and bung it on the missing fanny persons board outside the nick.

MidnightCitrus · 23/08/2020 17:11

A loan would still mean I've lost the money. I need to make up for the money I've lost.

So if you make the money (cam-girling) you wont have lost it? Hmm

Sparklesocks · 23/08/2020 17:13

I don’t understand why you seem to casual about this money disappearing. If it’s lost shouldn’t you be looking for it under every stone? If it’s stolen shouldn’t you be going to the police?

PeachGinMummy · 23/08/2020 17:18

Honesty though, I am sorry your money has been lost. Whilst you're in lean times, I can highly recommend buying a whole chicken to roast for meals for the week. It can stretch across to three or even four days if done correctly.

DavetheCat2001 · 23/08/2020 17:20

Send me your PayPal deets Op and I'll send you the 750

@Anordinarymum
re: question regarding "is Covid a Soup?"

The short answer is we don't really know, it's jolly small so one would need an awful lot of it to make a bowl, even if you added croutons it is not likely to make much of a meal.

I suspect that neither Campbells nor Heinz are exploring it as a new flavour yet, but hey-ho it may come.

I don't think you are taking this seriously. Sre you some sort of keyboard warrior with a death wish on 'the soup'

PeachGinMummy · 23/08/2020 17:40

"Is Covid a soup?"

I'm a soup. I and others like me have denounced the actions of Covid, we prefer it if people don't refer to it as a soup.

WhoWouldHaveThoughtThat · 23/08/2020 17:40

@Anordinarymum

Never muckabout with Covid - as my old Granny used to say.

DianaT1969 · 23/08/2020 17:47

If your electrician already stole the money, then why are you paying him/her again?
If you don't think the electrician had access to it, then the other person took it. Has he got form for this type of thing? Drug user/gambler? Get it back.
Where was it? In your purse?
£750 is a large bill for an electrician. Presumably you own, rather than rent and had some major work done. Can you release equity on your home if you need cash generally?

This is a police matter OP

Lugubelenus · 23/08/2020 18:20

You won't earn that kind of money flashing your bits online, there are plenty of people who do it for free.

Not me.

MidnightCitrus · 23/08/2020 18:38

Maybe you could take in some ironing??

Giganticshark · 23/08/2020 18:57

Pm me

TheHumanRubbishBin · 23/08/2020 19:00

Take in some ironing. You can charge £2 per shirt/trousers. That's only 325 items you'd need to iron. It takes about 3 minutes to iron a dress shirt properly. Less for trousers that don't have any pleats or need a crease.
So you'll spend approx 16 hours ironing to earn your £750. No problem at all for a single mum with a chronic illness. There are scores of people in desperate need of an ironing service. The already established businesses that offer it are overrun and can't keep up with demand! You'll have people throwing their laundry bags at your door!

managedmis · 23/08/2020 19:02

Dc's dad and an electrician.

^^

This is where your problem lies

PollyPelargonium52 · 23/08/2020 19:33

There is a market for duos on cam so u can go on there with the electrician and make the money....

PollyPelargonium52 · 23/08/2020 19:34

So I hear.

Buggedandconfused · 23/08/2020 19:39

I think there are apps for selling used pants OP.

ViciousJackdaw · 23/08/2020 19:53

What a shame OP. You must be devastated. If only someone would PM you offering to send you money via PayPal eh...

Suzi888 · 23/08/2020 19:58

Credit card? Overdraft? Borrow it? Sell something?
Surely someone knows where it is if you’ve been shielding. Where did you put this money?

WhoWouldHaveThoughtThat · 23/08/2020 20:01

Not heard from OP, hopefully this means she's found the £750 or the charge for the service has been waived.
Shame on those of you who blamed the electrician!
At least some of us had positive suggestions for helping @camgirl - like a soup kitchen, ironing, duo work (whatever that is) and pant exchange.
Anyway, all well that ends well, as I believe Churchill said after the war. Smile
