Flying Ant Day

So many flying ants here (South East) we've got the patio doors shut. Does it happen on the same day all over the UK or is this a localised thing?

How weird and timely is this op! In on the Dorset coast. Earlier there were loads of seagulls flying around and around over our garden. I have just seen one flying ant on the patio and wondered when flying ant day is. So it might be later today for me!

No flying ants here, we're much further north. We're usually at least 3 weeks behind the south east though so I wouldn't expect ours until the end of the month or later.....

South coast here, right in the middle. No flying ants to be seen, looks like those of you to the East and West have them all. You can keep them!
