No. I don’t like new builds made to look “period”.

Plus I hate all their taps.

If I had £5m I’d find somewhere nicer.

seenbeensbean · 23/06/2020 20:28

I'd like the car, you can have the house..

Waxonwaxoff0 · 23/06/2020 20:31

Not for me at all. I dislike huge houses, all that space makes me nervous. I'm happy with my 2 bed semi and I'll use the money to travel the world instead!

GoBackToPartyCity · 23/06/2020 20:33

It’s Rio ferdinand’s house.

CheshireChav · 23/06/2020 20:34

@mynamesmrdiggety .... The Edge is still magical and beautiful. I walk the dog there most mornings. And yes, 'The Real housewives of Cheshire' (or 'Cheshire chavs' as my DD calls them) is filmed around there quite often.

Barkingfuckingdogs · 23/06/2020 20:34

It is lovely but you will get broken in to by armed robbers living there.

GoBackToPartyCity · 23/06/2020 20:35

Or it used to be, maybe before this owner!

lboogy · 23/06/2020 20:35

Horrible

Barkingfuckingdogs · 23/06/2020 20:36

@Chicchicchicchiclana

Here's my current favourite. And it's in London, on the Thames, for only 2 million more Grin

Georgian riverfront beauty

Wow wow wow!
Splitsunrise · 23/06/2020 20:38

Love it! But agree with pp, I would want bigger pool, a few more bedrooms and better surroundings. Is there a garden?

CheshireChav · 23/06/2020 20:39

Ferdinand sold up and moved down South a couple of years ago, it could very well have been his old house though

CheshireChav · 23/06/2020 20:42

@Barkingfuckingdogs that London one is stunning! I always think Cheshire is expensive ... but London really is something else isn't it!! 💰

JMAngel1 · 23/06/2020 20:43

I'd pay that just for the chimney in the back garden Grin - stunning.
Love the top balcony but the wallpaper and chintzy furnishings are god awful!

ItsSpittingEverybodyIn · 23/06/2020 20:50

No way is it worth that.

sassafras123 · 23/06/2020 20:51

Utterly tasteless, would give me nightmares !

FromMarch2020 · 23/06/2020 20:52

Awful taste in decorating - so much pink and green and garish patterns everywhere... no thanks

ItsSpittingEverybodyIn · 23/06/2020 20:53

Is this your house op?

mogtheexcellent · 23/06/2020 20:54

That pool is tiny for the space they have. Thats deal breaker for me I'm afraid. Plus its in WAG central.

Mawbags · 23/06/2020 20:55

Gosh, I’m a garish cow and would love love love that!!

RaininSummer · 23/06/2020 20:56

Love it.

YoBigMomma · 23/06/2020 21:03

@ItsSpittingEverybodyIn Alas no. I'm putting the lotto on for a reason!

CheshireChav · 23/06/2020 21:04

@ItsSpitting

'Worth it' or not, a 3 bed flat goes for 1.2million there. I live 'up the road' in Wilmslow where houses are considerably more affordable!!

goose1964 · 23/06/2020 21:11

It's a bit floral isn't it?

Chewbecca · 23/06/2020 21:12

I love all the wallpaper, I’m shocked at the number of wallpaper haters.

The only thing I disliked has already been mentioned - the off centre fireplace.

I also would expect to see a lot more rain and a lot less sunshine.

OneNewName · 23/06/2020 21:13

I think the only thing they hadn't wall papered is the swimming pool, but I like it.
