Does anyone have any netflix hidden gems?

I've seen all the usual ones that everyone knows about but I am out of stuff to watch and Netflix only puts stuff that it thinks you will like. So I get a merry-go-round of the same stuff each time.

Does anyone have anything that they think is brilliant but no one else seems to know about?

The Last Kingdom. I can't understand why it doesn't have a higher profile

Yes I really enjoyed Glitch. Good acting although as ever the forst series was the best.

@WaxOnFeckOff it really is great and a hidden gem, Jeff Daniels is superb in it. I binge watched it over 2 days. I wonder if the Western genre is a little off-putting for some people, I thought it was fab and I liked the strong female casting as well ...

The Originals (there are loads of episodes per season and I got season fatigue and started playing bingo with “brother”, “little wolf”, “you betrayed me” etc)

Yeah, cupcake, I'd have binged it as well but it was one of our one episode a day things watching with DSs. DH had already watched it years ago and kept saying "don't be put off that it's a western.." :o

We struggle for things suitable for watching with DSs (as in things that we all might be interested in, not things that don't have violence etc in them).

I've been watching old series of Gossip Girl and New Girl. Also Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries. (Am all about the escapism at the moment.)

maddiemookins16mum agree about Ladies in Black, really enjoyed it. I ended up buying the book on my Kindle and that's good as well.

Just finished "fall from grace ". It's a movie, not famous actors or anything but gripping!

If you enjoyed Fall from grace, try Anchor Baby.
Another good film the will slip under the radar.

The Kominsky Method was very funny and really loved this
