....who is looking after the children?

OP posts:
BuildTheBobber · 05/05/2020 11:50

I don't watch them. Are they all actually live, or just appear that way? Could some be pre recorded, at a time they know both kids are asleep for a while? I know I'm not on high alert for mine all the time, and they're both under 3

WhentheRabbitsWentWild · 05/05/2020 11:59

Good job Joe is not named Jim or we would have Rosie and Jim.

Good kids show that back in the early 90s. Grin

carolebaskinsheadband · 05/05/2020 12:00

I've tweeted him to ask Grin

Haworthia · 05/05/2020 12:03

I’m jealous. There’s no way in hell either of my children (as babies or toddlers) wouldn’t have kicked off over a 30 minute period Grin

RoosterPie · 05/05/2020 12:11

@IndiaMay I’m sure they’re fantastic parents but being able to have children that will sleep past 9 however late they’re up, or nap in a pram at a restaurant, is down to luck. I’m pretty chilled and my daughter would never do any of that!

DobbyTheHouseElk · 05/05/2020 12:40

Yes they are live.

KitKatKit · 05/05/2020 12:44

This thread is vile in it's intentions.
I'm no fan of Joe Wicks but you're actively trying to stir up hate here OP.
Maybe the kids are in the same room.
Maybe a family member has moved in.
Maybe they've merged households.

Who knows? Who cares? Stop the inflammatory posts.

FlaskMaster · 05/05/2020 12:49

Probably the same way most of us look after our kids while working from home at the moment, the telly! Leave the poor bastards alone. They're entertaining your fucking kids for half an hour, take it or leave it.

Haworthia · 05/05/2020 12:49

Probably keep them up until the early hours so they sleep later. It's not as if they have to get up at 6am to get the kids dressed and off to the childminder ready for the office at 9.

What a ridiculous (and actually quite nasty) post.

I’d only vaguely heard of Joe prior to lockdown, and I’m actually really impressed with him. Like @scatteredglitter I find him really genuine. I even did one of his total beginners workouts yesterday Shock

WhatsHappeningCaroleBaskin · 05/05/2020 12:50

They definitely don't have a nanny. The kids go everywhere with them.. and he often shows how much of a mess his house is, no way would someone with a nanny taking care of the kids would have a house so messy. Why would they need a nanny when he can work as he pleases and Rosie doesn't work?

I imagine that the baby was asleep and the toddler was just off to the side with an iPad and a snack - it's not hard.

0utForAWalkBitch · 05/05/2020 12:55

@scarbados why don't YOU fuck off out of a thread about someone you claim not to know anything about?

Agree with @KitKatKit

Why are you even wondering? Why do you care? WHy are you just trying to stir up hatred of someone who's just trying to do something good? It's just all so..........hateful.

SoupDragon · 05/05/2020 12:59

This thread is vile in it's intentions.

It really isn't.

Divebar · 05/05/2020 13:02

I thought she was lovely anyway.... and a fantastic figure.

Hilarious some of these threads these days...

As they both obviously work out for considerably more than 30 minutes a day, judging by the buff state of their bodies, I deduce that they surely must have help with the kids from someone.

Joe even mentioned at some point that Rosie trained hard.

I wish he’d get a haircut.

SoupDragon · 05/05/2020 13:14

Or they might not work out together.

majesticallyawkward · 05/05/2020 13:14

I'd like to know their secret if the kids are happily playing off camera! I can't get mine to stay quiet for 30 seconds!

Fridays PE where little indie was smooshing berries into the carpet in the little dragon suit was lovely- to watch, I suspect not for them to clean up 😂

KatyaZamolodchikova · 05/05/2020 13:15

@Flamingolingo

Write that down in your copy book, now.

SoupDragon · 05/05/2020 13:15

Pmsl at everyone who’s offended by him calling Rosie his TA.

His Wiki page says that Joe was actually a TA at one point.

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 05/05/2020 13:17

So what if they have a Nanny? Nannies can still work during lockdown

Delatron · 05/05/2020 13:18

But what if the baby started crying?

I don’t think I could have left a baby and a toddler and done 30 minutes of live tv.

You are allowed nannies at the moment aren’t you?

On another note did anyone see when he has music and a track came on (think it was Of Monsters and Men) and he was raving about it being his favourite song and the kids and I were thinking. Hang on there’s a massive f bomb in this very soon. Live in front of 300,000 families. Someone must have quickly shouted in his ear and he turned it off quickly and hasn’t played music since.

Butterymuffin · 05/05/2020 13:23

Peppa Pig for 30 minutes. It's like crack to kids that age.

Can't believe people are questioning the TA reference and asking if he's a qualified teacher! He pitched this as him becoming 'the nation's PE teacher'. I don't think you need to complain to Ofcom about misrepresentation on this one.

GingerBeverage · 05/05/2020 13:33

What's the point of being a famous millionaire if you can't even have a live in nanny, or uh oh NANNIES. Grin

lottiegarbanzo · 05/05/2020 14:14

Yes, the thing is I might sometimes have been able to leave a toddler in front of Peppa Pig or Mr Tumble for 30-40 minutes - and take advantage of that time, or do so, hope for the best and accept interruption if it happened.

What I wouldn't have been able to do, is guarantee peace for a particular 30-40 mins. So if they have such a trick, I think the nation wants to share it!
