2 potato cakes with spread
Beans on toast
3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

B- two crumpets with butter
No dinner
T- homemade chicken and mushroom pie with chips and vegetables followed by homemade apple pie
Maybe 5 cups of decaf tea ,I'm definitely not drinking enough

B- Greek yogurt with banana, grapes, peanuts,linseed seeds, poppy seeds and sunflower seeds.
L- Chicken salad, ready salted crisps and a cereal bar.
S- two Bourbon biscuits.
D- Salmon salad and a muller corner yogurt with a few cashew nuts.
And endless cups of tea.

Apple
Strawberries
Roasted veg (butternut squash, mushrooms, cauliflower), roast potatoes and sage and onion stuffing.
Vegan chocolate pie with cream.
4 squares of bournville chocolate.

Yesterday
2 shredded wheat, semi skimmed milk.
0% Greek yog about 100g, chopped apple, blueberries, raspberries, honey 1tsp.
Leftover small chicken breast and 1 lean sausage, 60g pasta, tomato & basil sauce, baby corn, green beans
Strawberries
Sour dough bread 90g, 1 slice wholemeal bread, 4 olives, 20g mozzarella and tomato. And 1 slice lean corned beef!
Easter egg chocolate, three different kinds, about 60g total, couldn't decide which type to eat and ate more than intended.
Lots of tea and squash

Even though I'm trying to eat more healthily and lose weight, I feel I eat a lot more than some of you!

B- 3 egg omlette with spinach
L- vegetable soup
D- stir fry with tofu
S- cucumber and humous, slice of banana bread

B= lemon curd on toast x2. Coffee. Apple juice

L= veg stir fried in soy sauce. A yoghurt. Apple

Dinner will be butter bean stew, rice and green beans and a glass of chilled white wine

Dessert will be clotted cream ice cream

D- cajun chicken, sweet potato fries and steamed asparagus/tenderstem broccoli
S- black jacks ice lolly, 2 crumpets with pb and a banana

L - mixed salad topped with with tuna, olives, balsamic, etc. and lemonade
D - chicken and broccoli pasta bake, topped with two types of cheese and panko breadcrumbs - real comfort food!
Been out to clap and now opening a bottle of wine...😀

Breakfast - toasted muffin with marmite
Lunch - pot noodle and a slice of toast Blush work was manic and I didn’t have time for anything else
Dinner- gnocci with home made rocket and walnut pesto and a slice of garlic bread

D- piece of leftover pie
T- burger sausage and a piece of steak done on BBQ
Half a big whole nut chocolate bar
6 cups of decaf tea
I'm still wanting chocolate so may get a large glass of water and go to bed with my book

Snack--Feast ice lolly

Dinner--cheese and ham pancake, apple, glass of lemonade.

Not the greatest day health wise but I don't feel well today. Shattered and very bloated with stomach pain. Ugh.

B - vanilla latte, bowl of fruit and fibre with raspberries

L- Mexican rice, chicken and salad. Few bacon rashers crisps that ds didn't eat and a banana

Snack - 2 mini hotel chocolat bunnies

D - rice, broccoli and honey chicken

Now eating a bagel, hummus and chocolate Blush

23 weeks pregnant so it's ok, right??

Chocolate digestive

L - cheese & pickle roll, crisps, a peach, yoghurt

Another chocolate digestive

D - salmon, homemade wedges, roasted tomatoes and broccoli

Currently eating cheese & crackers, with a g + t. I'll probably hAve some chocolate soon. Barely eaten from feeling unwell the last few days and PMT means I'm ravenous!

I love these threads, somehow managed to miss this one. B porridge flavoured with candied peel S piece of raisin and walnut teabread D 3 small slices spelt bread, hummus (both home made), pea shoots, blood orange T pasta and cauliflower in cheese sauce, frozen peas

L - Lentil soup, polenta, corn on the cob

S - Granola bar

S- a handful of cashews and a pint of vimto.

T- sea bass, baked aubergine, peas and sweet corn . Then half an Easter egg and the tiniest packet of mini eggs.

I have no idea why I'm so fascinated with what you all are eating every day!

Yesterday:
Breakfast: Greek yogurt with raspberries and a handful of almonds
Lunch: an oven bottom muffin with ham, carrot sticks and pepper slices and an orange
Dinner: spaghetti bolognese
Snacks: an apple, some dates, and a few brazil nuts
Drinks: one tea with milk and two mochas

Breakfast: steamed sweet egg bun and a cup of green tea

Snack: a small portion of fried ginko nuts and another cup of green tea

Lunch : potstickers with soy sauce and more green tea

Will have some fruit and yoghurt later and the plan for dinner is Korean BBQ pizza.

B: Toasted fruit loaf, peanut butter and blackberry jam.
L: Yummy overnight oats with fresh strawberries and raspberries and Greek yoghurt.
D: Left over lasagne with lots of brocolli.

Lots of water, tea and couple of mugs of decaf coffee.

Dinner will be pork fillet in cream & cider, baby roast potatoes, broccoli
For dessert I’ve made white chocolate cheesecake

Brunch: orange, all bran and Granola with oat milk, yogurt and manuka honey.
Snacks: wotsits, cheese slices, chocolate digestive, toast with marmite.
Dinner: just making a lentil and sweet potato curry to be served with brown rice and yogurt. Glass of red wine later.
