2 potato cakes with spread
Beans on toast
3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

-left over meat from yesterday's dinner sausages, beef burger and chicken with some salad.

B- 3 weetabix with oak milk
L- vegan gnocchi
D- young vegans farmhouse veg pie with mash, carrots, broccoli and peas
S- slice of banana bread, mini milk

B: Raspberries and strawberries with Greek yoghurt.
L: Ham roll with lentil curls, apple and banana, small slice of fruit loaf.
D: Lazy and not very hungry, wholemeal cheese roll and a couple of snack a jacks.

Drinks: Tea, water, a couple of mugs of decaf coffee. Non Alcohol wine for later.

B: Greek yogurt with raspberries and blueberries
L: Two ryvitas with ham, ten almonds, and some fruit salad
D: A burger (soy protein) in a muffin with relish and onion, and some cherry tomatoes
S: an orange, two squares of dark chocolate, and a small bowl of air-popped popcorn
Drinks: One tea with milk, one mocha, and so far one and a half glasses of sauvignon blanc (might have a third glass, or might not)

Brunch was a sausage bacon and egg cob
Tea was fish fingers chips and beans with sweet chilli sauce and mayo
An Aldi twix bag of Aldi french fries a hot chocolate and 4 cups of decaf tea

S - two Granny Smiths
L - tuna salad (same as yesterday - needed to finish the tuna), heel of a crusty loaf
D - steak and veg stir fry (lots of ginger, garlic, chilli and soy)

Been drinking vimto, lemonade and vermouth!

B porridge S raisin and walnut teabread D home made pea soup with a crust of bread T spinach, sweet potato and black eyed bean korma with rice. Also some bits of candied peel that I made today and now can't stop eating

B- cinnamon porridge with almond milk
S- 2 plums
L- itsu katsu instant noodles (partner bulk bought these for me, haha!)
S- popchips, blackjack ice lolly
D- 1/2 aldi stonebaked bbq chicken pizza and salad
S- 2 crumpets with pb and banana, a mini lindt bunny

Breakfast: 2 slices of Vogels toasted with butter, yeast extract (own brand Marmite) and grated carrot. Cup of tea.

Snack: 2 x buttered hot cross buns, cup of tea.

Lunch: 2 slices homemade sourdough, toasted, with cottage cheese mixed with cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions, olive oil and s&p.

Snack: Espresso, 3 x tiny red Lindt eggs

Snack: American pancakes (made with sourdough discard) with Nutella on top, cup of tea.

Dinner: Lamb curry, rice, raita, pickled cabbage.

Will probably have another snack pre-bed Blush

I have a very fast metabolism (luckily!), and am breastfeeding also. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

14:00 Lunch - mozzarella and pesto salad
With half a grapefruit & 6 strawberries
16:00 snack 2 chocolate digestives
21:00 steak and chips.

I’ve just stopped suffering with pregnancy sickness and I’m STARVING: hence the eating for England thing.

L 1 HB egg with some of leftover roast veg & 1 slice sourdough
S 1 slice drizzle cake
D Fish & chips, peas & curry sauce, 2 coronas.(local chippy has reopened for telephone orders).
Lots of Tea.

At 3ish....
We had burgers in buns, with cheese, lettace and red onion with chips and coleslaw, mozzarella and tomatoes ...

Was alot of food.

But we didn't have breakfast and it was the only thing we have both eaten today.

A bowl of strawberry crisp cereal
A glass of orange juice
A bacon sandwich
A bite of a banana (stolen by toddler)
Rice and salad (there was chicken but I’m really struggling with meat at the moment and the bacon sandwich at lunch had already tipped me over the edge)
A chocolate biscuit
Loads of water/squash

I’m still struggling with hyperemesis so this was a really good day!! Currently whatever I fancy goes in so my diet isn’t amazing.

Brunch: Toast, egg, baked beans, mushrooms, bacon and 1 sausage.
Dinner: Pathia prawns, kulcha naan and onion rice (takeaway treat)

Lots of water, tea and decaff coffee.

My periods are late and I want to snack endlessly, but there's not much to snack on in the house.

B: Greek yogurt with blueberries
L: A bread roll with ham and mustard, and fruit salad
D: Cook-from-frozen salmon, boiled potatoes and steamed broccoli
S: An orange, prunes, almonds, a pot of low calorie jelly and two ryvitas

Drinks: two mochas (these are basically just decaf coffee with low calorie hot chocolate powder and a bit of semi-skimmed milk - I miss real mochas)

B porridge S raisin and walnut teabread D oatcakes, hummus, pea shoots and cress, apple T paprika potato wedges, egg (cooked in a ramekin on the baking tray, easiest dinner ever), peas mashed with mint and olive oil, mint sauce. We have rampant mint in the garden so 90% of meals are mint flavoured atm for lock down nutrients. Also lots of candied peel.
