Beans on toast
3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

D- pot noodle cheap version but tasted really good
T- BBQ chicken and bacon stuffed crust pizza and chips
Half a big bar of whole nut chocolate and a can of polish lager
5 decaf tea and 3 water bottles of squash

I've had brunch: orange and apple, All Bran mixed with Granola with oat milk. Snacks: salt and shake crisps, a little bread and cheese. Dinner: leftover lentil, leek and feta gratin with a big salad. Lots of tea

I’ve eaten shit today. Wholemeal toast for breakfast x2, a banana, a belvita chocolate chip oat cake thing, two small hotdogs, a packet of crisps, 4 quality street chocolates, fish, chips and mushy peas and 2/3 of a bottle of wine (so far, I’ll probably finish it before bed).

Tomorrow will hopefully be better...

B - Shredded Wheat with banana, raisins and semi skimmed milk. Cup of tea.

Snack: Minestrone Soup

Lunch - Beans on two toast with 2 poached eggs on top. I added a couple of slices of ham, too.

Snack: A couple of slices of ham, filled with 12.5g of light cream cheese.

Dinner: Meatballs in tomato sauce with pasta.

I've got enough calories for a few mini eggs and some small Cadbury chocolate eggs.

I've also done 2 hours of low impact aerobics today.

B: 2 slices of toasted fruit loaf.
Mug of coffee

L: Wholemeal roll with ham, mustard and coleslaw. Small homemade flapjack, satsuma, packet of lentil curls.
Mug of tea

Dinner: Homemade lasagne, baked cauli, potato wedges.
2 squares chocolate.

Lots of water throughout day.

So jealous of some of your meals! And then also horrified at how much I eat compared to some!
B - porridge with frozen raspberries
Snack - 6 seeded oatcakes
Lunch - homemade vegetable soup, loads of bread and butter, some cheese, strawberries, handful of milk bar eggs stolen from kids Easter chocolate
Dinner - quorn mince spag bol with pasta and more bread, tomato and onion salad
Random handful of jelly babies pre run as was hungry (before dinner)
Loads of herbal tea, one black coffee and one glass of red wine
10k run and some yoga today

No breakfast. Lunch was a flatbread with a spicy chicken fillet and salad. Apple. Bag of Wotsits. Bit of Easter egg. Dinner was a fish fillet with a few oven chips and peas. Bowl of raspberries. 3 x teas, 3 x coffees, 2L of water. Hour power walking. Might have a hot chocolate in a minute.
