Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

D - roast chicken, spinach, cauliflower, garlic roast potatoes

Glass of wine, g and t, copious tea and mint tea

Yesterday was really bad I had a packet of cold meat ,2 cherry Bakewell slice things and a pot noodle lots of decaf tea and lots of water

yesterday was a good day

B - 2 satsumas, one cream cracker with butter.
L - Beans on toast
D - cheese omlette.

Numerous mugs of tea and loads of fizzy water to stave off my wine cravings.

Yesterday:

B - no sugar peach yoghurt, slice of toast with butter, slice of toast with crunchy peanut butter, and two string cheeses.

L - NY strip steak, apple with peanut butter

D - nothing due to falling asleep way too early.

Porridge with raspberries, apricots and honey coffee, water

Leftover lentil and sweet potato cottage pie Sweet potato brownie (lots of sweet potatoes that I forgot I had to use up!)
Coffee and lots of water

Dinner will be a large salad with feta and (hopefully) just a few pieces of pizza. Not a whole one like normal!
Probably another brownie and some wine, more water

B: Scrambled egg on toast
L: Nothing - too busy in garden!
Snack at 3 p.m. slice of banana bread
D: Prawn Jalfrazi, rice, naan.

Lots of water, decaf coffee and tea.

B = berries, Greek yoghurt, honey and a few nuts.
L= Salad with small bit of leftover tuna and bit of DHs chicken breast. Then malteaser bunny.
D = Courgette "spaghetti" and mushrooms with some tomato and pepperoni sauce and a bit of cheese on top.

Yesterday was 2 chocolate brioche things ,dinner was a ham and cheese sandwich and tea was fish cake and chips lots of water and decaf tea and 8 squares of whole nut chocolate

D - chicken stuffed with Brie and wrapped in Parma ham with potatoes and asparagus
Snacks - 1 gold biscuit bar, 4 squares choc and a bag of wotsits.
Drinks - banana milkshake, 4 cups of peppermint tea and 2 litres water

Brunch: Sausage, egg, toast, beans, mushrooms. Yum.
Dinner: Chicken breast in pepper sauce, broccoli, peas and jacket potato.

Drinks: Diet lemonade, decaf tea and coffee.

L: cheese salad baguette, olives, sliced gherkins and cherry peppers stuffed with ricotta, followed by rhubarb yoghurt

D: roasted vegetable lasagne with salad

Crackers with brie

Drinks: 2x coffee, 2x tea, lots of water, lemonade

S- veggie straws and an apple
D- cajun chicken breast, sweet potato fries done in actifry and steamed veg
