I also love starch:

2 potato cakes with spread
Beans on toast
3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

Breakfast - hot water with honey and lemon, 2 poached eggs and a slice of toast, orange juice
Mid morning snack - Nakd fruit and nut bar
Lunch - chicken soup and some salad, handful of grapes
Afternoon snack - cup of coffee and a rice cake with peanut butter
Dinner - spaghetti and meatballs

Water to drink

I need to lose about a stone to be honest, my BMI is 26.3 so a bit too high. But I love food.

Sourdough with butter, peanut butter (crunchy!), sliced banana and blueberries.
Coffee, coffee, coffee.
Leftover stuffed veg, with plain yogurt.
Grapes, apple, 2 x peaches.
Iced coffee
Reduced fat Thai sweet chilli crisps from M&S (very nice)
We're having lamb chops and salad for dinner.

B - Overnight oats with Greek yoghurt and fruit. Brown toast with butter.
L - Veg soup with cheese and tomato chutney toastie.
D - Cheeseburger and skinny fries.
S - Minstrels. Monster Munch. An apple. A raw carrot.

D - 2L water. A milky coffee. 2 teas. Small glass of milk.

No breakfast ,dinner was a meat selection pack and tea was sausage chips and beans ,I then had a big bag of cheese and onion crisp and 3 big ginger parkin biscuits ,lots of decaf tea and a lot of water

Yesterday: B 3 weetabix with milk. D green split pea and mint soup with 2 hm chapatis, which were nice and soft this time. S slice of fruit bread and butter. T chard and potato curry and rice, half a grapefruit. Evening snacks (up late) : slice of bread with butter and marmalade, 1 weetabix with butter and sugar, rank instant coffee with sugar and a drop of milk

Nothing so far. After weeks of scoffing I've decided to do what DS did to lose weight and skip breakfast. Now I don't feel hungry at all. All I've had is some coffee and diluted cranberry juice and I feel great.

Coming back to this after a few bad days!

Banana, coffee, pt of water
[7.5km jog]
Porridge + raspberries +honey, coffee, pt of water

Picnic lunch while on bike ride will be
Rice cakes with cheese and pickle/peanut butter
Carrot and cucumber sticks, Apple
Small omelette with ketchup as PM snack
Dinner will be
Gluten free spaghetti with roasted veg, Parmesan
Ice lolly for dessert

That’s all, I hope!

Snack: coffee and oat biscuits
L: mackerel and salad and a couple of spoonfuls of kids pasta they didn't eat, San Pellegrino drink

D: will be prawn curry with coconut milk & veg, rice, water

D - stir-fried mushrooms, broccoli, spring onions, brown rice and cashews with chilli, ginger and garlic.

S - oatcakes with light Philadelphia, apple, banana, handful cashews.

Drank peppermint tea, builders’ tea and Diet Coke.

No breakfast today ,dinner was a ham sandwich with a bag of cheese and onion crisp and a huge ginger parkin biscuit tea was homemade Chinese so sweet and sour pork and chicken balls with homemade sauce plain noodles with beansprouts had a rogue easter egg too ,drinks have been decaf tea,lots of water a bottle of flavoured water and a can of pineapple and grapefruit crush
