I also love starch:

2 potato cakes with spread
Beans on toast
3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

Loads but I did run 14 miles and do 30 mins of yoga Confused

Potato cakes before run
Toast as soon as I got in
Veggie sausage, chips and beans (healthy)
Few pringles
Having wild mushroom stroganoff and rice shortly.

B - overnight oats with cherries and toasted almonds, 2 mini Danish pastries

L - Sausages, roast potatoes, broccoli, carrots, broad beans, cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire puddings, bread sauce. Coffee ice cream.

D - cheese and crackers probably

Two jacket potatoes, veg chilli, crisps and guac

L- part bake petit pan with herby chicken slices and salad
S- home made cinnamon bun
D- chicken nuggets, oven chips, peas
S- white chocolate magnum, daim bar

B - slice of sourdough with herby fried mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, spinach and poached egg
L - slice of sourdough, chunk of cheddar and an apple
Pimms and half a piece of lemon cheesecake.
D - toad in the hole, red cabbage, carrots, green beans, mash. Glass of red wine.
Chocolate brownie.
Lots of decaf tea and coffee, never enough water.

B porridge with berry sauce. L chard and lentil spicy mush with 2 hm chapatis (they went a bit hard and crispy, not sure what went wrong, but tasted fine). D pea and mint soup, followed by mince beef plate pie, glazed carrots, apple red cabbage, hasselback potatoes, with millionaire's shortbread and coffee ice cream for dessert. Small glass of orange juice and lots of water.

2 small butter croissants with jam, coffee with milk, OJ

1/2 a mini baguette with cheese and fig chutney, apple, crisps

roast chicken with roasted baby potatoes, carrots, broccoli, beans and gravy, home made rhubarb and almond crumble with custard, 2 glasses of wine

I love this thread. Every time i come on here I realise why I am the size of a bus. I eat twice as much as everyone else. Must do something about this.

Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: Minestrone soup. A piece of brie and an individual apple pie.
Snack: Mandarin segments
Dinner: Curry with rice, spinach and naan bread
Desserts: A caramel slice, a strawberry buttercream tart and a chocolate bar . . . need to get on top of this!!

Yesterday was
No breakfast so had brunch type thing crumpets with bacon grill mushrooms and scrambled eggs
T- minted lamb shanks with roast potatoes and vegetables with minted gravy
Bag of chocolate biscuit nibble things , then cake with 2 different flavours of ice cream and chocolate buttons , can of diet coke with ginger ,lots of decaf tea

L: Slice of left over pizza, large salad, homemade coleslaw.
D: Chicken and veg casserole

Lots of water, AF beer and decaf tea, coffee.

B porridge with berry sauce. D brown lentil and chard soup, 2 slices of hm white sourdough bread with marmite. S slice of fruit bread and butter. T leftover minced beef pie, leftover red cabbage, chive mashed potatoes, broad beans in parsley sauce.

S: 12-calorie raspberry fruit drink; no-added sugar cranberry juice and water
L: 2 slices of sour dough toast with salmon pate, cherry tomatoes and cucumber, S&V crisps, apple, tea
Dinner will be roast salmon with brown rice, green beans and cavolo.

No breakfast.

Lunch was 2 hash browns, 1 fried egg, small amount of baked beans, 2 rashers of streaky bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes.

Dinner will be lamb koftas with paratha, chickpea Dahl and raita.
