3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

Porridge, coffee.

Half a pot of lentil soup and a slice of toast, yoghurt.

Two Jaffa cakes, coffee.

Glass of wine, chunk of feta.

Two big glasses of water.

Piece of fish and green veg, with green bean chutney.

About to have a cup of tea and probably some chocolate.

God that’s so boring.

Today has been a delicious day! Rather calorific...
Breakfast: poached egg on toast AND a croissant with honey
Lunch: BLT in a flatbread with sriracha mayo (so good)
Snack: beef hula hoops and a chocolate feast
Dinner: Lamb curry, veg curry and rice plus red wine.
Small walk earlier Grin that should balance it out.

D- 1/2 aldi bbq chicken pizza and salad
S- weetabix with warm almond milk, a banana and then an oreo creme egg thing.

2 black coffee , with 1 brown sugar in each (I’m a sucker for brown sugar it tastes so good in a coffee)

Left over jerk chicken wrap from last night & salad

1 cookie

2 cans of diet cola

Bean tacos ( they were delicious 🌮🌮)

Yesterday: B porridge with gooseberry puree. D 2 fresh flatbreads with lentil paté and red cabbage slaw, apple. S banana bread. T black eyed bean, tomato and chard korma, rice. Gooseberry fool.
Today: B 3 weetabix with milk and a little sugar. S (breakfast was very early) small piece of bread and marmalade. D cheese and chutney sandwich on white sourdough. S banana bread. T rice and peas (rice cooked in coconut milk with kidney beans and peppers) with cajun spiced cod. Half a bought chocolate microwave sponge (came as a substitute for sugar from tesco) with berry sauce.

Urgh I over-ate again!

Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: Tomato soup and two wholemeal rolls with spread
Snack 1: A digestive
Dinner: Steak pie, mixed veg, potato rostis
Snack 2: Cooked blackberries and apples with custard
Dessert: A massive bag of buttons.

Is anyone else struggling with over-eating/binge-eating (this was more of an over-eating day).

B- protein porridge decaf tea
D- snack pot of chicken rissoto and a twirl
T- salt and chilli chicken kofta tray bake with chips it was really tasty shall definitely buy it again
Snacks today were share bag of cheese and onion crisp, an Easter egg and a yoghurt drank decaf tea and squash plus a can of Dandelion and burdock .
I've found if i eat breakfast I then eat all day

Yesterday:

Breakfast #1 - Handful of roasted unsalted peanuts

Breakfast #2 - a slice of whole wheat toast with lots of butter and a sliced hard boiled egg on top. Bacon.

Lunch - a bit of angel hair pasta with sliced chicken sausage, mushrooms sautéed in butter and garlic, topped with parsley and Parmesan. A low sugar peanut butter cup for dessert.

Dinner - a boneless short rib steak fried in butter and EVOO. Brown rice and haricots verts fried/sautéed in the buttery beef drippings. It was deliciously fatty. Strawberries for dessert.

@Lovely1a2b3c are you eating enough protein to feel full throughout the day? Maybe add an egg to your breakfast?

Dinner: Half veggie M&S pizza, loads of salad. Homemade coleslaw.

Drinks: Decaf coffee, AF wine, lots of water.

Saturday, a hodge podge.

B - edamame in the shell, an assortment of cheeses, roasted unsalted cashews, and a Fage full fat Greek yoghurt with cherry sauce. Totally random mix of things.

L - ordered delivery from a Korean place. Korean fried chicken (KFC) wings that were spicy soy garlic flavoured. Also got a beef bulgogi quesadilla with pico de gallo and sour cream. Delicious.

L part 2 - met some friends in a park. Ate the rest of the bulgogi quesadilla, some red wine, and a small piece of birthday cake.

D - 2 string cheeses and an oat bar.
