2 potato cakes with spread
Beans on toast
3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

B porridge with gooseberry puree. S crust of bread with marmalade. D 2 sourdough lentil paté and chutney sandwiches T smoked mackerel "kedgeree" (no egg, lots of mixed veg), gooseberry fool. Teaspoonful of sugar for no apparent reason before bed.

Brekkie - one pain au chocolat
Lunch - Salad, bag of skips
Tea - bolied egg and soldiers

Snacks.. Pear, banana, few bites of DHs ice cream, biscuit, mini roll and 3 large choc buttons. Not the worst day I've had recently. Beginning to see why I can't lose weight! 😏

D: Tuna salad, baked potato

Snack: small slice of DS birthday cake.

Usual water and lots of decaf coffee/tea

Lunch - banana, apple and peach fruit salad with Greek yogurt
Tea - homemade veggie cottage pie with red cabbage

Snacks - 2 Ryvitas with cream cheese

X3 decaff coffee

X1 green tea
Lots of water

Yesterday:

B - All-Bran twigs cereal with cut up prunes; 2 slices of pepper jack cheese; a slice of roast beef.

L - leftover steak quesadilla; a low sugar yoghurt.

D - a few potato chips; homemade meaty pasta sauce over angel hair topped with lots of shredded Parmesan and extra virgin olive oil.

Extra Mature cheese and sweet chilli toastie. Baby spinach & rocket leaves

1 cookie ( dc & DH made cookies so I was force fed one, if mummy doesn’t have one DS will be sad)

1 glass of white wine

Dinner later will be jerk chicken & salad wraps. Sweet potato fries, corn cobs. Opening a bottle of cava tonight 🥂

Creme brûlée will be for dessert 🍮

D: teriyaki salmon fillet, carrots, broccoli, mange tout
Masses of tea and water.
Berocca tablet and iron tablet

There will probably be a late evening snack of some kind. There will also be a HIIT dvd.

B: Toast with marmite for breakfast
L: Cheese and tomato toastie for lunch plus bag of crisps.
Boring and I didn’t enjoy either. Every day feels like this at the moment.

Dinner is later, will be chicken and veg curry.

B - 2 mugs of tea and a satsuma

L - beans on toast. jam sandwich. Tea.

D - Sausage, mash, mixed veg, yorkshire pudding and bisto.

Snacks - 3 large vodka and lemonades and a couple of satsumas

Everyone on here is so good! I haven't stopped eating crap all day. I am currently sat with a huge box of haribos that got delivered today from Amazon.

D- peppered steak pasta with rocket

Breakfast: wholemeal toast, butter and marmalade x 2, black coffee

Lunch: homemade veggie soup, green olives stuffed with almonds, pear

Dinner: Veggie curry with rice and one smallish chicken skewer

Snacks (this is my downfall): 1 chocolate biscuit, 6 brazil nuts, 2 squares dark chocolate, apple, 2 glasses rose wine, packet of ready salted, several cups of tea.

If I cut the snacks, I'd lose weight.

Lunch: seed crispbreads with port salut cheese, apple, S&V crisps, water

Snack: tea

Dinner will be chip shop fish with peas and carrots and a small helping of chips.

Yesterday:

B: a really late one, couldn’t find the motivation to get out of bed. Slice of whole wheat toast with lots of butter. Another slice of whole wheat toast with lots of crunchy peanut butter. 2 slices of pepper jack cheese.

S: unsalted roasted peanuts

L: made a chicken, bacon, and chickpea stew. Had one bowl before a client call. Afterward had another bowl along with a plate of 3 different cheeses. Had some blackberries and strawberries for dessert.

Didn’t eat anything for the rest of the day because I was exhausted and napped in the evening.
