Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

Breakfast : sweet bread plus a cup of green tea.

Snack: chocolate cookie plus green tea

Lunch : left over pork cutlet, fried eggplant with ginger and soy sauce plus rice. A small bowl of grapes.

Snack : fried ginko nuts plus green tea.

Dinner: sushi (tuna) and dumplings. Green tea. Grape flavoured cup of yoghurt for dessert.

B - Shredded wheat, raisins, banana, semi skimmed milk. Cup of tea.

L - Baked potato, cottage cheese. Banana sandwich. Diet coke. Tea.

D - Lamb chops, dry roast potato, carrots, peas, cauli, broccoli, instant gravy, mint sauce, mustard.

Snack: Chocolate to finish of today's calorie allowance whilst watching t.v. this evening.

Breakfast - Marmite on wholemeal toast with 2 strong black coffees.

Snacks - Satsuma and a portly penguin....from hotel chocolat! Grin

Lunch - Fried mushrooms and tomatoes on wholemeal toast ×2

Dinner - (will be) Feta and spinach filo pie, couscous with aubergine, peppers and courgette.

B- a raspberry yoghurt and a lime, tea.

L- ham and egg salad with cucumber, red cabbage, pepper, carrot, leaves, radish. Olive bread slice. Honey mustard yoghurt dressing. 2x tea, slice of Victoria sponge.

D- will be a chicken breast with spicy tomato sauce, new potatoes, asparagus and broccoli.

Just had 2 cups of coffee and a couple of biscuits so far today, will have a bowl of soup for lunch and some spaghetti for tea

B- Pack of Ryvitas with butter, slice of melon
L- Left over salmon with boiled e, tomatoes and cucumber
D- Will be vegetable soup with bread and butter

Drinks are copious amounts of tea and coffee.

This is to make up for yesterday, which was largely cake, with fish fingers and chips for tea.

Elevenses - a toasted plain bagel, 1 half with butter and marmite, 1 half with peanut butter
L - half a pot of M&S pea and ham soup and a small slice of toasted sourdough
D - home made beef meat balls with spanish rice (onion, garlic, green and red pepper, peas, long grain rice, paprika, tinned tomatoes and stock) with parmesan

L - stir fry with courgette ribbons, Pak choi and tofu with home made satay sauce
S - some cheese and crackers
D - Coconut rice with broccoli green beans and tofu.

I really couldn't be bothered cooking tonight so this was an easy throw everything in a pan meal.

My eating is starting to get out of hand. I'm scarffing chocolate and kids leftovers even when I'm not hungry Confused not like me at all, it's this bloody lockdown lol. So I need more accountability.

Today~
B - Greek yogurt with honey and chopped nuts, mango, raspberries, banana. Coffee
Mid morning - small glass of orange juice with vitamin
L - cheese salad wholemeal roll, a kiwi and a peach. Small piece of lemon cake.
D - will be cod mornay, potatoes, wilted spinach and green beans
