3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

Brunch - 2 heck chicken sausages, 2 x rashers of bacon, slice of toast with a smear of flora, mushrooms and tomato fried with fry light. Cup of coffee with milk.

Snack - halo birthday cake ice lolly, a small millionaire bite.

Dinner - piri piri pork and salad.

I'm doing weight watchers at the minute - I've had to use some of my weeklies today as I have used all my dailies. Planning on using a some more weeklies later as I fancy a gin and a bag of wotsits Blush

B porridge with 3 prunes D beans on toast (3 slices of sourdough, half a can of beans, no butter) T corned beef hash with mixed greens and chutney, followed by stewed rhubarb and orange with a ginger nut. Candied peel as per usual.

B - numerous cups of tea

L - slice of toast, two rashers of bacon, a grilled tomato, baked beans and scrambled egg
D - white bread roll, one sausage, cheese and ham salad, coleslaw
Lots of condiments with lunch and dinner.
S - raw carrot, two options hot chocolate, at least half a bottle of red wine, a vodka and lemonade

Need to knock the alcohol on the head.

Okay sis I've a week after lock down
I can't eat 😱

I eat a meal at 6pm that's it then I feel sick
This no way normal for me!!!

So today we had bbq with Korean chicken wings, burger and salad ( Korean bean shoots side) weirdly don't feel ill

Sooo I'm thinking it's the chilli keeping me on track 😀

L: Ham sandwich with pickle. Strawberries and raspberries.
D: Homemade stirfry - brown rice, garlic, chilli, prawns, spinach and mushrooms, soy sauce.

Water, tea and decaf coffee.

L - burger with cheese, gherkins, lettuce. Greek yoghurt with berries for dessert. Loads of san Pellegrino
D - spag Bol, garlic bread, salad. V large Glass of burgundy Pinot noir.

B - Porridge with raspberry jam and marmalade. Tea.

L - Two malted grain rolls filled with left over roast beef and salad. Mustard and horseradish dressing on the beef. Last portion of popchips.

Tea - Spaghetti carbonara.

Snacks: chocolate to complete today's calorie allowance

S- popchips
D- grilled venison burger, flat bread, salad
S- screwball ice cream, crumpet with pb and banana, five mini eggs

Had a a go ahead bar for a snack after brekkie too. About to do a low impact cardio work out then bed.

B - roasted tomato sourdough toast with butter and marmite. 2 mugs of tea.

Snack - sesame ryvita with cheddar.

D - spaghetti with fresh pesto, roasted cherry tomatoes and parmesan.

Water, fizzy vitamin c drink, small black coffee with 1 tsp of sugar, glass of white wine.

A horribly carb-heavy day!

Salad leaves with Quorn strips in sweet chilli mayo, plus houmous, walnuts, tomato, celery and pumpkin seeds.

Coffee with oat milk x 2.

Veggie stir fry with egg noodles.

Half an Easter egg with another sugary tea.
