Beans on toast
3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

D - prawn and pea risotto, salad. Half a piece of chocolate and banana brownie.

S- 2 plums
L- itsu katsu instant noodles
S- another birthday cupcake
D- cajun chicken ,sweet potato wedges and some steamed green veg
S- blackjacks ice lolly, a banana, 2 low fat fruit layer yoghurts

B small bowl of porridge, sourdough toast and marmite, orange juice. D minestrone type thing with tinned tomatoes, baked beans, frozen mixed veg, and spaghetti. T smoked mackerel fishcakes with fried apple rings, chilli jam, brocoli, mixed baby spicy salad, and aquafaba mayonnaise

These sound really good and now I'm in the mood for sweet potato wedges!

I've eaten way too much cheese and crackers today, they're my comfort food when I'm sad so need to get away from them.

B - coffee
L - same again satay noodles with tofu and veggies
D - salad with chicken, avocado, courgette and other random stuff in the fridge we're definitely due a shop soon!
S- cheese and crackers with brie
S- fancy coffee and a tea
S- too many bourbon biscuits and a handful of crisps from a big bag.

But I did a HIIT gym class and a 70min indoor cycle so hoping that reversed the biscuits a tad Wink

Rice crispies with a handful of sugar free Alpen and milk
Banana
Jacket spud, cottage cheese, chive salad.
Bag of cheese and onion crisps (starving today)
Homemade chicken and bacon lasagne and salad.
Fresh fruit salad.
Now thinking about chocolate.

D- tuna crabstick cobs with bag of baked crisp, lemon white chocolate muffin ,small piece of flapjack
T- fish fingers chips beans bread and butter (not my choice )
Lots of decaf tea and a cup of coffee

B - 2 mugs of tea with semi skimmed milk.

L - left over roast pork sandwich on white sourdough bread with butter and mustard. 4 small crackers with Philadelphia cheese. Large handful red grapes.

Snack - too much Bombay Mix!

D - small jacket potato, butter, green salad, tuna mayo, and some tomato, avocado and mozarella salad with EV olive oil and basil.

Mint mini Magnum.

Breakfast - Small bowl of cereal

Dinner- coleslaw, Beetroot, Tomatoes, cucember with sweet potato and swede mash

Snacks- Weight watchers wafer and weight watchers lemon cake

D - Chicken breast topped with green pesto + mozzarella served with spicy rice and salad.
I also made Mcd's cheesy bites which were the exact same as Mcd's so x2 of them as well

1/2 chicken breast.

I've been sick this week and food makes my stomach hurt so I am trying gentle stuff and omg I'm so bored of beige food

Ham, cheese and pickle toasted sandwich. Few sweet chilli crisps. Can of cola

Dinner is going to be roast chicken, roast potatoes, parsnips, broccoli. Stuffing and gravy.
Then flapjack with whipped double cream
Glass of white wine will be had too

I’ve been eating like a total dickhead for the past few weeks, I’m surprised I’ve only gained 4lbs. I decided to rein it in from today.

B: iced coffee, 5% Fage greek yoghurt with strawberries, blueberries and cherries

L: got lost in work and didn’t notice it was 3pm, so I just had a few slices of cold meat, two clementines and a yoghurt

D: smoked gammon, roasted veg, homemade wedges and coleslaw
