Why did you quit in a huff? You had a huge posse of believers hanging on the badge's every prediction, from what I remember, and people begging for updates.

I did have a dream last night that I was dead. DH thinks I’m seeing things because I’m at home all day and bored. Yet closes the serving hatch at night in case he sees “something” in the kitchen!

Still here - no sign of the baby sister for DS that BF promised!

It’s strange that married quarters often have things “attached” to them. If anybody is a military spouse or indeed in the armed forces, you can join a Facebook group called “Haunted Married Quarters.” Lots of spooky stories and photos there! I haven’t posted about BirdieFriend on there as it would be outing in the extreme.

As the retired submariner said, Birdie Friend is just a badge and it’s DS who is sensitive and who the entities are using as a sock puppet. Some people are convinced though that BF IS the entity. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Calling something "evil" is usually generated because of fear, fear of the unknown in many cases. Fear makes people do sincerely awful things, even when in their mind they think they are doing them for a good reason.
Some people have a dualistic mindset which by its nature must have opposites, other people believe differently.

If anyone receives abusive or unpleasant messages by pm, just report then to MNHQ, they'll deal with it.

The chances of someone else having one of those badges are very slim.

The original BF thread was brilliant and v creepy. I just had a little revisit, and this post from 28 Feb really struck me as prescient

Yes, please send a hostage video of BF attached by his pin to a copy of today's newspaper. Maybe you could wear a balaclava in the background, with an AK47 trained on BF?
