Its 5.40am on Easter Saturday (If that's even a thing)

I'm currently shielding, so I'm waiting for a shop to go online at 6am so i can order some things i need...

I should of gone to sleep, and set my alarm for 6 but just kind of accidentally stayed awake.

What's everyone up to?

Went to bed early with blinding headache took meds then , and woken up just now to take some more . Now worrying that it is more than just a headache so reading ( mumsnet ) to take my mind off it

Oh no, have you hurt it at all?

I have chronic insomnia anyway, and am always awake at 4 I ran out of Anti depressants yesterday so have a withdrawal headache now
I'll pick up more tomorrow

I got so fed up of the withdrawal symptoms from ADs when I ran out I just stopped taking them.

Awake now because CV has completely thrown my body clock with the lockdown.

Sigh I’m awake, up for work in an hour ☹️ bloody nightmares

I've been going to bed about 8 and getting up at 4am during lockdown. No idea why but I guess that it doesn't really matter what time it is anymore as I don't have to go anywhere so I suppose I've just created my new personal time zone!
