Why are you awake?

Just that really.

Its 5.40am on Easter Saturday (If that's even a thing)

I'm currently shielding, so I'm waiting for a shop to go online at 6am so i can order some things i need...

I should of gone to sleep, and set my alarm for 6 but just kind of accidentally stayed awake.

What's everyone up to?

Hope you manage to settle soon.

Mumsnet seems to keep me awake, rather than trying to sleep, i chose to come on here instead

Ah, 🐕🐾 Being a good boy and able to hold it for longer?

We have a very old cat who has started peeing on the floor, we have started using puppy pads, and its doing the trick so far
So annoying though! We've tried everything

I watched the last few episodes of the Vicar of Dibley, and then all the specials specials. Had a nap about 7pm so I'm still not that tired 🙄 bad idea.

I'm still stressed about work. I love my job but really feel nervous about it, I'm in all week and worried about bringing the virus home.

I’m awake with DC again. Hope all dogs and cats are relieved and settled. All those suffering with acid reflux are in comfortable position and that we all get some sleep.

Hi all, hope it's ok to crash. My brain just won't switch off. DH a mad crazy argument come to a head today with the in laws and it's playing on my mind. It's a situation which he's had to deal with for his whole life and now he's finally told his family about the situation they are saying it's all in his mind and that it must be me polluting his mind. It's insane and absolutely no truth in their twisted tales but you know it's almost worse when you know you're right and people just won't see sense?

First night I've taken DD out of her swaddle to sleep, we've just done a feed and she is SO EXCITED that she can wave her arms around now. Hmm. This could take a while...

I've had pregnancy insomnia since before I POAS!

17 weeks now & the combination of having to mouth breathe and needing the loo at 3am means I haven't had a full night's sleep in ages 😩😭

Looking forward to getting loads of sleep once baby's here! 😂

Elderly Jack Russell who sleeps in my bed needed a wee, so I let her out the kitchen door. But on way back up I realised DS (17) is still awake and talking to his mates on his phone so I just had a moan at him and now I can't sleep. Dog fast asleep again though, bless her.

Upset stomach until 2.30am and then fire alarm started going off at 4.30am
It's wired in so can't need new batteries so don't know what's wrong but I've been and checked everywhere and the house isn't ablaze...
Can't sleep though, my hearts still pounding from the minute or 2 I thought it might be real so having a cup of tea instead

Hello awake people. I can't sleep because I can't believe how my h. Is behaving. He's not in bed of course. He's decided that I'm awful, I never support him and he.wants to kill himself. This was after I was left to deal.with the neighbors having even more visitors.

I live next door to a family grandparents my age. Their daughter lives there with a three year old and a toddler aged about 10 months. The grandma has gone to hospital poss with the virus. We don't get on. For three weeks loud music is being played all day and all night. There is a booming Base note. The daughter has two brothers one lives thee bit has a little girl and partner he visits. The other son moved in with his mate the week of the lock down. Both are coming and going. For months the children have screamed . I looked up on mum's net as I've never had children we couldn't. There were comments that it can't be helped children cry. Some days though you don't hear them at all Nothing. The grandma and dons smoke cannabis. The Father of the children visits I don't know if the couple are estranged. A week ago last Saturday there was banging two loud thuds and then one of the children started screaming so I called the Police. They attended but I don't know what happened. The neighbours guessed it was me. We had an altercation on Thursday night. The gran the daughter holding her baby and the younger son accused me of killing cats making the gran I'll. The son kicked over our bin and damaged our fence then made personal comments about my appearance. I don't know if the children's health us at risk. Can any if you advise? The Police have said I was right to call I've mentioned the music but have also registered with the council a noise nuisance complaint.
