Some people are saying they'll do this but I can't help thinking it's just another unnecessary risk.

We are having 1 tonight. I'll leave in the instructions to leave it at the door even though we aren't self isolating.

The who thinks you may be able to catch it from food. It’s not just the containers but if someone cooking it isn’t wearing gloves, or sneezes or coughs on it, and you eat it, you will get it.

As such, take aways do pose a higher risk. Although not necessarily higher than actually going to a supermarket if it was a direct choice Ie either or. It is though higher risk than cooking your own.
