Property porn:

Look at this house; great for when we win the lottery

Oh no. How did I do a clicky link?

That's lovely. If I win I might have to have it transferred brick by brick to my location.

OhLook · 24/02/2020 19:50

You put two lots of square brackets round it.

Fleetheart · 24/02/2020 19:51

I just love the lake and the garden!

I had a house earmarked for my upcoming lottery win, but while reading the newspaper yesterday, realised that a real lottery winner has just bought it. Sods law.
But yes, that house you posted is gorgeous. I hope you'll be very happy there. 😉

Iamtooknackeredtorun · 24/02/2020 19:52

I like the outside. The inside does nothing for me at all.

ShowOfHands · 24/02/2020 19:52

It's undeniably quite nice but I don't love it. If I had that kind of money, I'd buy something else entirely.

Whenever I look at such houses, I then look around at my furniture and think "Well none of this will look right". So please may I have another £2m to spend on appropriate furniture Smile

Nquartz · 24/02/2020 19:54

I'm rubbish at this game, all I can think is how much it would cost to heat it 🙈

Fleetheart · 24/02/2020 19:55

Yes, I agree about the inside. It’s a bit old fashioned for my liking. I’d quite like to see upstairs as well

My first EVER clicky link

You're welcome

(ps thanks @OhLook)

Antihop · 24/02/2020 19:55

Oh wow amazing. Especially the outside space.

pinboard · 24/02/2020 19:55

ahhhh, beaten to it Sad

LowbrowVictoriana · 24/02/2020 19:56

I don’t love it... but I quite like it!

Chewbecca · 24/02/2020 19:56

Garden is beautiful and I love the kitchen. It has been on the market for over 2 years and reduced by £2m!

CoolCarrie · 24/02/2020 19:56

The outside is beautiful, but the inside is very grey and doesn’t have much character.

SilverySurfer · 24/02/2020 19:58

Very nice but when I buy it the white walls will have to go (I can dream) Grin

BatleyTownswomensGuild · 24/02/2020 19:58

Actually, not for me. Low ceilings make me feel incredibly claustrophobic....

Now give me a big, airy barn conversion and I am there. Grin

Heymacarana · 24/02/2020 19:59

Nope.

Outside would cost a fortune to upkeep and never get used.

Inside is just a bit rubbish.

For four million there are many many better house out there (for me)

Gertie75 · 24/02/2020 20:02

I love the gardens but not the house, I'm not a fan of beams, low ceilings and small windows.

Squigean · 24/02/2020 20:05

Outside is gorgeous, inside is a bit something I can't quite put my finger on (maybe furniture that was bought because it was expensive and 'exclusive' rather than comfortable and suits the room.

Lots of us saying the same and with only 7 or 8 of the 30 pictures being the inside the photographer agrees!!

CoolCarrie · 24/02/2020 20:06

Why are there no photos of the upstairs areas? Seems odd

oopsdaisy · 24/02/2020 20:11

Love the lake but I'd be worried about flooding.
