Billy Connolly, grew up watching him on VHS, my sister and I were obsessed when we were kids, didn't get all the jokes but the ones we did kept us laughing for weeks.. our poor mum always had to rent Billy Connolly videos when all the other mums were renting Cinderella for their kids! Continued when older when we all watched Billy videos after the pub )))

I think I'll be more or less okay with just about any celeb dying, although there might be one or two I've forgotten about for the moment whose death will sadden me. After Bowie and Prince in 2016, I don't think there will be any famous person I admire death than can ever hit me quite as hard as theirs, especially Bowie.

I read this week that Julie Walters has been diagnosed with bowel cancer and I felt very sad at the possibility of losing her.
