Anyone want to share toddlers' odd names for things?

The other day DS described a miaow as a "cat woof". We also "turn the dark on" rather than "turn the light off".

Cat glitter for cat litter,

For fabulous cats I bet

Ear gloves/head muffins for ear muffs

DS had

Statube - statue
Dark Vader & his life saver
Lompster - lobster
Scrumpled eggs
Heed Man (Prince Adam's alter ego)

And he couldn't say the rra part of blackcurrant

DS says samma gees for sandwiches. Which we have all now adopted.

Radiator
Morgigtime for morning

Older now and doesnt anymore. But my ds called a dummy a "me me" not sure why but when his younger sister was born we would all call a dummy a "me me" now dd is older her baby dolls have "me mes".

She asked me if I could 'fast forward backwards' (rewind) her film because she missed a bit

My DS says ‘can I have a carryooh’ when he wants picking up. From me asking ‘do you want me to carry you?’

Oh and '3 looks like a bottom' - a personal favourite

Mine are teenagers now but I fondly remember -

Ds 19m refers to lights as barts. No idea why, his pronunciation with other words is generally pretty impressive.

She's not a toddler, but my 5yo dd scored a 'patrick' at football last week.

DDs football club calls 6 goals a “Patrick”, so maybe your 5yo really did score a Patrick beela?

Now that others have mentioned it, we have leg sleeves here as well.

Not a toddler, but my almost 5yr old DD calls instructions "constructions". Which when it comes to Lego they are!

Mine calls her dummy an eddy.

I overheard a toddler at a local zoo park asking why the 'fat cunt roller' wasn't with Thomas (there was a Thomas the Tank Engine train)

I was scratching my head and my niece (3) asked if I was 'itsy' 🥰
