In terms of genetics it does - I don't think 2 blue eyed parents could have a brown eyed child as they would both have to have 2 blue genes, which means they would each pass on one blue gene to the child, meaning he or she would automatically have blue eyes.

A brown eyed person can have a recessive blue gene (because brown is dominant), but not the other way around I don't think.

many, many years ago (before the internet, when things had to be circulated on photocopied sheets that were passed around those in the know) there was a series of "unproven rumours" from the US. One was that the FBI seeded the clouds over Woodstock in an attempt to cause it to be abandoned.

The other was that since the 1950s, US presidential elections have been overseen by computers which have directed the "correct" result to avoid civil strife. Which is why you could never find anyone who voted for Nixon in 1972. No one did .

Even if Tom PB was Charles' son, Charles and Camilla would have had to have actually been married before she married Andrew PB for Tom to be legitimised - you can only be legitimised when your parents marry if neither was married to someone else at the time you were born.

Someone held him down and injected him with different genes perhaps? You know, at the same time as they injected brown dye into his blue eyes.

Not that I believe him for one second, but I went to school with a boy in the early '80s who had something very wrong with his eyes (I forget what... if I ever knew; we were only 5 at the time!) and the operations on them to sort the problem out turned his blue eyes a weird sort of brown colour. It wasn't quite brown, it wasn't their (beautiful) blue, it was this odd mix of dappled both. I remember the fact that when we started the school year, he had blue eyes, because... well, let's just say that I have seemingly always had a soft spot for males with blue eyes! So maybe this bloke's eyes were blue as a child and then... something happened to cause trauma to them, and they changed.

Weird thing, though, the boy in my class was also called Simon...
