What is the worst programme on TV?

I am off work at the moment and have seen some daytime TV.

I hereby declare that Loose Women is the most unwatchable drivel I've ever tried to endure, ever ever! I can tolerate Naked Attraction and Love Island so have a high pain threshold. But Loose Women - just NO!!!

I don't get mrs Browne's boys at all. I mean if it was a woman in the lead role, would people still find it funny? Or do people find a man dressed as a woman so hilarious that the actual content of the show doesn't matter? Genuinely don't get it.

I had to delete her in the end. It was clear we had absolutely nothing in common.

I do not understand the comedic attraction to Mrs Brown's Boys at all.

Any soaps anyone with an once of sense would leave those places at thd first oppertunity! Multiple murders, screaming at each other in the street, drunks, manipulative relative's, cheating spouses, major disasters on epic scale every few years!

Loose Women is fucking dreadful and I hate the title almost as much as the pointless people on the panel.

All of those tv shows on channel 5 about people on benefits of any kind as it’s basically an invitation to watch and judge others in a needlessly harsh way. It also means the ignorant people watching assume everyone on any kind of benefit are all useless scroungers.

Glad Jeremy Kyle has gone. Human bear baiting although I used to watch it sometimes I don’t know if he got more aggressive over time or my threshold got lower.

Love Island. I actually don't know how it's allowed to be made. Everything about it is just so wrong. I'm no prude but I judge that and I judge it hard.

Almost as bad is Take Me Out. Basically anything where people pair up based on appearance is not my thing.

Agree wholeheartedly with ImNotACunt re all those Channel 5 shows about people on benefits. I hate all that nasty schadenfreude. It's the documentary equivalent of the Jeremy Kyle show.

I wonder the same thing about the Jeremy Kyle show, but I think he ultimately became a parody of himself. I think society changed, and I got better educated, as well, but I also think he got worse and the contestants got worse because the longer it went on the more they knew what to expect.
