Famous people who have disappointed/Racist Bowie

I'm disappointed beyond belief, was a huge fan but no more.
Why do we find out after their death.
He was also a paedo, I hope they stop playing his music now.
Who has disappointed you?

How does that work with her well documented/photographed intimate "relationship" with Led Zeppelins Jimmy Page age 14. No doubt there was underage sex with Jimmy Page, but with the story with Bowie changes regularly.

There's nothing wrong with saying for example :

"I am disappointed in Laurence Fox due to his recent public remarks"

But saying

"I am disappointed in Bowie because of serious scurrilous accusations which for all I know have no basis in fact"

is quite another

There's no slur, it doesn't matter if he was gay, bi, or straight. makes no difference to anyone.

Thank you, yes I do, but quite well atm.
I just come from a very unusual family and just piecing it all together atm. David Jones/Bowie disappointed me, that's all.
I thought there would be much more to him, but there isn't.

Lots of people on this thread have told you Bowie was bi and it was commonly known

Why then are you insisting he was some kind of "devious closet case" who was engaged in a mass deception of the public and his family.

Well, I'm bi, and I have close family members who are gay, why should it bother me, I don't care, you are what you are.
You think what you like I know who I am and there's no place for homophobia in my life.

My vinyl has gone because he was racist, and a paedophile. Nothing to do with being gay, I always knew it was well reported.
I have listened to his music throughout my life, joined in threads on here about my favourite 6, which I couldn't get down to 6 or whatever.
I'm disappointed, and it's right put me off him. I'm allowed, you know.
