Famous people who have disappointed/Racist Bowie

I'm disappointed beyond belief, was a huge fan but no more.
Why do we find out after their death.
He was also a paedo, I hope they stop playing his music now.

I trust family members, I didn't meet him either, only recently found out myself. Just always been a fan until now, the family are relatively close DNA matches, may help ds2 understand why his eyes change colour if it's DNA related. I'm not a close relative, unless of course he's my Dad and nobody told me. Grin

Brian Ferry, I didn't like him much, he sang flat. It's a shame his kids have turned out like that.

I doubt it. Bowie's anisocoria was not genetic.

Bingo has it. You have to separate the art from the artist, which is why I will always love Ender's Game even though Orson Scott Card is a raging arsehole.

Bowie's eyes were the same colour, one just had a permanently enlarged pupil due to damage in childhood. I don't believe he was a racist or a Nazi at all. His Thin White Duke phase was drug fuelled madness and a lot of things have been taken out of context. I think he was an incredible musician (speaking as a musician myself). His scope was impressive. Not many musicians can reinvent themselves in that dedicated and successful manner so many times.

Did Brian Ferry have any real hits? I seem to remember him struggling through "Smoke gets in Your eyes" God it was tragically embarrassing.

Well I didn’t know him personally, so I can’t comment on the first point, but having grown up with his music as the soundtrack to my younger life, I say the second point is utter gubbins.

And I doubt you knew him personally either, so I’m calling gubbins on that one too.

That was who she sold her story to, I can’t change that and make her choice of outlet in to a more legitimate one. She’s a well known groupie, I fully believe she shagged numerous musicians whilst she was underage. Which is why I’m not burning my Bowie collection or I’d have nothing to listen to!

I can't believe someone who claims to have been a fan for so many years has apparently only just found out about the so-called 'Nazi salute' (that really wasn't...)
And he didn't have different coloured eyes either...just one pupil that was permanently dilated.

I know, iirc or read correctly it was an accident or he was punched.
I was joking. Grin But my ds2 eyes do change colour, wasn't making it up.
