Don’t utterly gorgeous names of course

New puppy- everyone here has a dog called Archie, Alfie or Teddy and of course they’re popular because they’re great names- I want to yell a name and only have one dog come back Grin

I have a list to do for the kids and husband for this little fella as nobody can agree

I like Bellamy (after the ledge that is David Bellamy)
Brian (fab name for a Dog I think )
Rufus
Tank
Bowie (Dave was a hero ) 😊

Family hate all of those

This is not him but a photo that’s a very close
Resemblance

Save me from The name Alfie and Archie please

Steve

I met a pug called Steve yesterday and it was brilliant.

Echobelly · 13/01/2020 13:02

Like all of those - Rufus I have heard a few times as a dog name though!

How about Digory ('Digory dog' makes me grin)?

Saxon names perhaps - Aethelstan, Aethelred, Oswald?

Why not Dave (after the legendary David Bellamy).

(Though Bellamy is great, stick with that).

Problem with Bowie is the pronunciation, B 'ow' ee or 'Bo' ee.

Caspar or Jasper would work.

I lived next door to a dog named Brian, he was awesome. The name really worked for a dog.
