I really don't like takeaway, except for fish & chips. We have an award-winning chippy in our town, lucky. It's easily as good as the stuff you can get from a decent chippy at a fishing port town.
Otherwise, I don't really like Indian - generally swimming in oil, & often too much reliance on chilli rather than other spices. We used to have a good one, but they changed hands, sadly.
Ditto Chinese. With the added MSG factor. (Migraine trigger.)
Pizza - very variable - I've never had it from a chain takeaway & really enjoyed it. We have an excellent independent Italian restaurant locally, though, & if they offered takeaway I probably would.
KFC - urgh. Salty, greasy, crap.
I've literally never eaten a kebab, the thought turns my stomach. DH gets them regularly & they look vile, although occasionally they smell vaguely tolerable.
Burger - e.g. Macdonald's - no way. Flabby burger, limp lettuce, plastic cheese, & chemical smelling, long-life bun. Over-salted fries. Horrendous corporate values. Haven't eaten in McD's for nearly 30 years, although DD finds it very appealing...
My least favourite would have to be kebab, as just the thought makes me feel nauseous. The meat literally looks like compressed sweepings from the floor of a slaughterhouse.
