A proper sellotape dispenser. The best 5 quid I've ever spent!

DD(8) loves sellotape! it is her artistic medium of choice. I got so fed up with her taking the dispenser away, I bought her her own fur Christmas - £1.50 from the Card Factory. It’s her favourite present.

On the list....Grin

Dyson V11 cordless. Oh my lord.

Wingingitsince2018 · 01/01/2020 22:35

Our American style fridge/freezer!

Love having ice available all the time for coffees and g&t's, it makes me feel all fancy!

We had a tiny fridge freezer that was about 20 years old and barely worked in our old house so it does feel like a serious luxury (even if it only cost is £150).

Selfsettling3 · 01/01/2020 22:43

Taddda not the greatest for styling but for speed yes. I used to hate drying my hair as it took forever.

A touch lamp for beside the bed - was always twisting round to find the switch and hurting some part of my body. Now I just reachout and touch the metal and it turns off. Has saved so much accidental pain.

MyNameHasBeenTaken · 01/01/2020 22:52

A 3.5 tog duvet.
Light enough for me to sleep under. King sized.
JBL speaker.
Decent colour pencils and colouring book

ChilliandLemon · 01/01/2020 22:59

My robohoover. It’s bloody amazing!

Posters lusting after salt lamps: do look on ebay first, they are a lot cheaper there.
I have candle holders as well 😀

detachablehoof · 01/01/2020 23:15

Neato robot vacuum which I bought last month. Why did I wait so long?! ❤️ It has literally transformed the house. I'm forced to keep it tidy, the floors are always vacuumed, and there is less dust.

Clear plastic fridge organiser tubs

Moleskine diary is an annual purchase, can't manage without it!

Love my thermomix too.

A session with a sleep consultant was probably the best thing I have bought for my baby!

I don't understand all the love for salt lamps! Are they basically a glowing lump of salt? What's the point? Can anyone explain?

Candlecandle · 01/01/2020 23:35

@tiredsleepysleep

Ooh what brand tape dispenser is it please? I promised a year ago I'd buy a good one as ours has been broken for years....

My slow cooker was £10 very well spent 9/10 years ago.

I LOVE ❤️ Our tiny rice cooker, the footprint is the same as a kettle, we use it all the time and so cheap. Perfect rice every time.

Again salt lamps and dishwasher 😍😍😍
