What’s everyone doing today New Year’s Day?

We are playing board games

We've taken down the decs & cleaned the living room - just want to get the curtains down and strip the sofa cushions to wash at some point this week. Bit sad to see them go away (only day I could get help to get into loft -my ladders & me aren't tall enough). I've sorted a small box to take to school to go with the bits me and my colleagues begged and borrowed from other staff, ready for next Christmas. Just need to acquire ourselves a small tree from somewhere.

The girls are currently playing in the living room while I have a minute after tea; they were going to get their ukeleles out but didn't quite make it upstairs .

I'm going to have another few mins on MN then wash up, then a shower I think.

Working!

Tomorrow is a big day (my 60th). I shall also be working so will bring in cake! As you can imagine, I cannot start any resolutions yet!!!!
