I have a ham and a turkey crown/breast and i don't know which is which, can anyone help?

As above! Please can anyone help before i do nigella's coke ham with my turkey?!
Both delivered from butcher. One has string round it, one has red mesh stuff. Both look the same colour to me!! I will attempt to add pics...

I opened this thinking "yeah right you can't tell".

Just seen this. Probably too late, but from structure A is definitely the gammon so B is Turkey.

I'm way too late but i would have diced them both up and made a turkey and ham pie.

Would not have mattered then.

How has it been OP? I've been wondering all day what you ended up with- pulled turkey and plain ham, or juicy ham and roast turkey?

I'm sorry but your butcher must be really rubbish or did you buy them from a bloke in the pub?

Both of them should have skin on, I'm not surprised you are confused, I hope it turns out ok

I think i over cooked the arse out of both of them as is my way, but they were definitely correctly identified! Hooray and thank you so much!
Tbf to butcher they delivered then i rang them hours later so they were making a guess re the wrapping, but they were 100% definite that the turkey was in the string!
So relieved this day is almost over lol!
