Anyone else uncomfortable about Eamonn Holmes with Ruth Langford?

To begin with I thought it was just banter but the more I watch them on This Morning, the more I want to shout at Ruth to tell him where to go! The other day he got something wrong whilst interviewing & Ruth pointed it out ( kindly). He came back with “ Showing me up in front of a stranger”. Just no need for it.

I've thought this for about ten years. She deserves so much better.

I really like Eamonn and Ruth - I don’t watch this morning when Philip and holly are on. Agree that it’s just his sense of humour - I think Ruth’s rolling of eyes is just part of their banter.

My dh likes them too and enjoyed that programme they did together about how the other half live - and my dh doesn’t like ANYONE!!

I must be looking at a different television to me. I think it's the opposite Ruth has Eammon on a short leash, she readily admits she is very jealous. She constantly bullies him hardly allowing him to speak, he is a different person with another co-presenter. Just look how they sit - she has her back to him blocking him from seeing the guests comfortably. She talks over him. He has to have his own christmas tree in his bedroom, she doesn't like his decorations !!Etc., Try watching them again...

Well I'm from NI and have always thought Eamonn was a massive arsehole. My dad was a journo back in the day and worked with him occasionally back in his UTV days when he was married to his first wife. My dad thought he was a pompous arrogant twat.

I would not be surprised to be honest .... well I still think Philip is an arrogant full of himself man and needs to let someone else take over This Morning.
