Lardlizard I lost a ton of weight by cutting out carbs after 5pm, and only eating minimally after that point. I ate what and when I wanted the rest of the day. Things like kimchi are good for your stomach bacteria too, which can aid weight loss. Good luck!

I'm 5'5 and that would be the lightest I'd ever been since my teens. No, I don't think that's too heavy. I think bmis are pretty much unattainable and you should focus on being healthy. Eat good food and exercise, and don't stress about the numbers. Oh and don't go getting a thyroid problem, that'll really stuffyou up.

Well that's a ridiculous comment. Unattainable for who? The majority of people I know would most definitely be within their healthy BMI range. The op even though at the top end at 10st5 is still "attaining" her BMI.

What is with all the size/weight posts recently?!

People clearly need more opportunities to claim:
BMI is a lie because they're technically overweight but actually slimmer than average and anyone with an overweight BMI is totally healthy because BMI is useless
They eat 4 grapes a day and couldn't imagine eating 3 meals a day because that's why we have an obesity crisis

Nail on head @LolaSmiles

It’s tiresome, really fucking tiresome

I was starting to think that they are all started by the same person who is suffering from some kind of inconsistent multi-body dismorphia.

I was 5'6" but now at 59 am nearer 5'5".I have been loosing weight and 10st10lb is my target weight.
It will still be the top end of my health BMI but that is enough for me,my body is not the same as the one I had when I was younger, it's got a bit baggy with wear.
