Tesco delivery saver Xmas slots open up at midnight tonight for those with delivery saver passes. Anyone staying up to get one?

Am I looking in the wrong place? I'm not seeing anything related to Christmas slots. Only the next 3 weeks to choose from. Is there somewhere else I should click?

I was stuck on the queue page since 11:59 on both the app & safari. Just got through at 12:33 on the app - already had a shop ordered so just just changed the date.
There was no slots on 24th so got 23rd in the evening.

Good luck to everyone still stuck in the queue

Website and app back on. Managed to do it via website first. Got slot i wanted for 22nd. Most of that day still free for me and few late slots on 23rd.
Back to sleep now.
Ridiculous experience but at least sorted now.
Hope everyone else gets what they need

Crowleys I wonder why. Is it based on where you live perhaps? I'm pretty rural.

Go to book a slot and depending on If it's the app or the site it shows dates split in to groups you then click that and it opens to the days and times available.

I was in the queue only for a few minutes on the app and just got a slot for the 23rd. If I hadn't seen this thread I would have completely forgotten. Thanks OP!

Just remembered an issue I had last year. I wanted to add a few last minute things to my order the day before but when I went in to amend it, loads of things already in my order were out of stock and I couldn't checkout without choosing an alternative or removing the items. This meant the big bargain gammon I ordered could only be replaced with two smaller ones which worked out more expensive over all. Had I not amended the order and been none the wiser, Tesco would have substituted the out of stock items at the price I originally paid. If that makes any sense at all, basically be careful amending the order last minute!

Still showing for me evening on 23rd, didn't book though as £7 as only got midweek delivery saver so just booked my usual Thursday slot as I imagine it will all get busy nearer the time, a lot of the 24th ones would have been booked by midweek saver folks I imagine and would have put extra strain on it.

Well I’ve had to book a click and collect slot at the big Tesco because they’ll only deliver from the crappy Tesco that’s ever so slightly closer to my house. Still don’t understand why I can’t choose which store my groceries come from!

It's probably because you're on the trial plan and haven't paid for it yet. It's to stop people signing up for free to get the slot and then cancelling the pass.

Nightsky do you have the delivery saver? If you do there should be later tabs so contact Tesco?

If not the later dates don't open up to you until I think the 30th but check that incase it's not that date.

I've paid for 6 months, up till June next year on my plan. So it can't be coz I haven't paid out.

Well it's perhaps because your free trial is still active. That seems to be the only difference. I can see it says free trial at the top so it probably won't let you book until your free trial ends. You might be able to manually cancel the free trial and go onto the paid one.

I've been on delivery saver for years, have a 6 month plan all paid up at the moment. There's definitely a fault of some kind.
