I haven’t watched the interview, but heard reports of the content. I just find it unbelievable he claims he can’t remember meeting a woman he had his arm around! Despicable. Does anyone believe him?

Him and “yorkie” as Victoria wood calls her , are both freeloaders of the first order, greedy, stupid and brass necked , cheeky fuckers. Andy as shown his true colours in this situation and I feel slightly sorry for Queenie but she has indulged him all his life and see how he has repayed her.

NormanSmith · 18/11/2019 10:55

I wonder who took the original photo? He looks perfectly 'with it' in the picture, why would he need to be drunk or taking drugs? There are loads of pictures of him out there draped around women and them over him. Of course she is younger but I doubt very much if he was overly bothered esp with GM grinning away approvingly in the back ground. Whole thing is quite sickening.

SunsetBoulevard3 · 18/11/2019 10:56

What is the 'work' he refers to anyway? I have no idea of any work he does. Didnt know he had a connection with the NSPCC or Huddersfield Uni!

This is the person who is apparently the beneficiary of the trust that bought Sunninghill Park from the Crown Estate.

He is the son in law of the man who was until May the President of Kazakhstan.

Many have expressed horror that the Queen should have to spend time with Donald Trump, but apparently she is accepting dodgy payments from people like this?

potter5 · 18/11/2019 10:59

No, don't believe him. He actually laughed during the interview. My first thought was 'it's not funny'!!

Puzzledandpissedoff · 18/11/2019 11:01

sashh unless you've heard anything new, I think the NSPCC's attitude dates back to August rather than being a result of the interview? (Though obviously it concerns the same thing)

If charities do ditch him, I wouldn't expect it to happen immediately; no doubt they'll hold meetings to chew over what he brings them as opposed to how much they stand to lose from the association ...

SunsetBoulevard3 · 18/11/2019 11:02

I think on reflection the connections he found so very useful through Epstein were probably personal connections which enabled him to make dodgy deals and extract money for his poor poverty stricken wife, not connections which furthered his 'work'. As mentioned upthread, he could have had meetings with anyone he wanted to without needing Epstein. For dodgy under the table deals, he needed a dodgy contacts.

www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/prince-andrew-facing-questions-over-the-sale-of-his-mansion-to-kazakh-oligarch-a7043101.html

"In a further claim, however, the Mail said that in 2011, four years after Mr Kulibayev reportedly bought Sunninghill, Prince Andrew tried to help the Kazakh oligarch become a client of the Coutts, the bank used by the Royal Family....The newspaper, however, claimed that the bank would not have sought a meeting with Mr Kulibayev.

It quoted a source at the bank as saying: “This was not, to put it mildly, a meeting that we would have been keen to take. Kazakh oligarchs are the sort of people we generally don't touch with a bargepole.”

queenofarles · 18/11/2019 11:06

Wasn’t he and Blair familiar with Gaddafi’s son too? Also involved in a flailed and controversial arm deal? It was big news back then but no one batted an eye.
It was like hobbies for him not serious work for the government.

About the picture , I remember VR saying that GM told her he is a royal and Virginia went up and grabbed her camera and asked to take a photo with him to send to her Mother as she was a fan of British RF ,

merrymouse · 18/11/2019 11:09

And from the CNBC article:

"Today, just one private company accounts for 4 percent of the country’s economy: Eurasia Resources Group, which is owned by billionaires with ties to Moscow. And in October 2017, the Bank of New York froze 40 percent of the assets of Kazakhstan’s sovereign wealth fund, part of a legal dispute over alleged government corruption."

The argument for the Royals is that the system is bat shit crazy, but at least we don't have somebody like Trump as head of state - but the difference is becoming less and less clear!

sashh · 18/11/2019 11:31

sashh unless you've heard anything new, I think the NSPCC's attitude dates back to August rather than being a result of the interview?

You are probably right, obviously lots of people are tweeting them asking about PA.

rookiemere · 18/11/2019 11:38

puzzledandpissedof I'm curious at your assertion that PC is a known paedophile. I've heard rumours but no conclusive proof so where are you getting this from ?

Passthecherrycoke · 18/11/2019 11:51

Prince Charles isn’t a paedophile- he associated with one ie Jimmy saville

AnyMinuteNow · 18/11/2019 11:55

Its more than JS isn't it. He recently stood by another, before conceding he had been wrong after all. Which is what PA should have done, only PAs timing was all wrong for that to be believable.

RhinoskinhaveI · 18/11/2019 11:57

Charlie may or may not be a paedophile but he is very clearly a friend of the paedophiles, he's in their corner and he has their back maybe he's a kind of 'paedophile whisperer'?
then again he is royalty so I suppose he wouldn't associate with your everyday common or garden paedophile ...only the arch paedophile will do

Puzzledandpissedoff · 18/11/2019 12:00

No, rookiemere, I wrote "given his own history of supporting a known paedophile Charles is hardly in a position to criticise ..."

I was referring to his backing of Peter Ball ...

JamieVardysHavingAParty · 18/11/2019 12:04

What about Laurens van der Post, also a close personal friend of Prince Charles?

RhinoskinhaveI · 18/11/2019 12:07

I wonder if, for the paedophile /sexual predator, the thrill of 'owning' a royal comes close to the pleasure they get from their sexual practices?
The royals are like rare big game, white rhinos, albino tigers... an irresistible target to be bagged by ambitious trophy hunting billionaire paedophiles

Eastie77 · 18/11/2019 12:12

One of his aristocratic defenders, Lady Colin something, popped up on GMB this morning to assert that a 14 year forced into sex is a prostitute, not a victim, so Epstein was not a paedophile and PA has nothing to apologise for.

As an anti-monarchist the one ray of light I can see in this sickening debacle is the hope that maybe those who support the RF and help uphold their status and that of the revolting people who surround them will finally come to their senses.

RhinoskinhaveI · 18/11/2019 12:17

Lady Colin emerges from the 1920s with her blunderbuss ...fires it into her foot

AnyMinuteNow · 18/11/2019 12:23

What was the response to her ridiculousness Eastie ?

Hopeful this will prove to be an exercise in bringing out of the woodwork the mysogynistic views, and those who hold them.

I’m really amazed that Phillip was not stricter with Andrew growing up.
He really doesn’t suffer fools gladly.

WineOrGinOrBoth · 18/11/2019 12:51

Quite Curly. People have mentioned the Queen but not Philip. Did he indulge him too much also?
