I’m just watching TOTP from 1988 and Kim Wilde’s on.

I’m sure she’s a lovely woman, but fuck me, the lass couldn’t sing. Or dance. Or mime.
And yet, she’s still doing the rounds, all these decades later.

I’m not sure if it’s me that’s missing something, so which acts leave you confused at their success?

I agree with all of these especially Lorraine (('gorgeous'!) and Ikea Knightly. I'm puzzled my the success of steaming vag Paltrow and Nicole Kidman.

Loathe Davina, Lorraine and Tess - what talent do they have other than compelling you to fixate on their awkward and fake delivery? It's dreadful. As other's said, they must know where the bodies are buried.

I swear I could watch that man for five solid days and not crack my face once. He’s just not funny.

Neither is Greg Davies. First stand up show was ok. After that, all fart jokes, and stories about being a teacher. And he plays the same character in every show he acts in. Annoying.

Anna Maxwell Martin. Cannot fathom how she's got as far as she has. Seems like a lovely, funny person but I haven't felt moved or impressed by any of the stage or screen performances I've seen her in and it baffles me when there are such have levels of unemployment in the acting industry with people of a much greater talent not enjoying the same level of success she has.

Most of those already mentioned but my pet hate is Fiona Bruce. I had to stop watching Antiques Roadshow when she took over as presenter. The very worst thing I've seen her doing is interviewing Prince Philip, it was cringe making. He kept looking at her as if thinking who is this cretin?

I think I'm really happy that I have just read through this whole thread and hardly recognise ANY of these people.

Amanda Holden total waste of space on TV have never seen the appeal of her. Face like a melted wellie.

See, having binge watched YouTube videos of Jessie J on a Chinese XFactor show (as a contestant!) recently I would say she is quite shockingly underrated. I wasn't a huge fan before but she can sing as well as any of the big pop divas (Whitney, early Mariah, Celine Dion etc).

Ducks for cover but I really don't rate Ariana Grande at all. Horrendous diction and nasality.

I love IKEA Knightly. That’s her name in this house from now on
