My crazy life

So- my life is crazy and way out of balance. For background, I work 60plus hours a week, as does my Husband. We also have a 3.5 daughter. But our life is totally mad- neither of us can cut down hours ( I own my business) and my husband is a director of another company. We have a cleaner and someone to help with the ironing. But still everyday is a struggle- my clothes are dirty or wrong and I eat badly. My house is a mess, my social life is dire and it’s all a bit too much. Anyone have any ideas/ advice/ anything?!

Gifting - Gift experiences and consumables as much as possible. Eg. Instead of a physical present, take family out for a meal. It's a win-win - you spend time with your loved ones, create happy memories and don't have to shop for presents!

Pick one thing for improvement and work on that until you're happy. I might pick diet since it's so important. I would also take a good supplement (eg. Floravital) to tide you over until you're eating better. (Could help with stress, anxiety and tiredness.)

Totally no clue about business here but could you not take on another member of staff or delegate more to cut your hours? Do you see yourself doing these hours long term?

Probably not mindblowung but-
I get up a bit earlier and do chores I hate in the morning. Then I feel a sense of accomplishment for getting it out of the way, rather trying to do them in the evening when I'm exhausted

This is what I was going to suggest. Possibly go part time and job share if that was an option? I think it's impossible to have it all to be honest, you sound unbelievably over stretched and I'm surprised you haven't burned out already. Stress is so bad for your health so I would really make it a priority to find a way to take the pressure off. Good luck
