There's no doubt that the media are absolutely vile. They have no boundaries when it comes to invading people's personal lives just to sell newspapers or get a few clicks online. Just look at the recent treatment of Gareth Thomas and cricketer Ben Stokes and their families.

I believe Harry & Megan are right to take this case against certain newspapers. However, the timing of the announcement was a PR disaster as it undermined all the great things they had done on their Africa tour. People were starting to see them in a good light and with the help of baby Archie this looked like being a real successful trip until they messed it up. Why couldn't they just have waited until they were back home?

masterplan hahaha. Most people marry and have just their in laws to deal with, but Meghan has the whole world staring at her. For all their crying over Diana, neither the public nor the press have learnt any lessons. What's with painting her as a cartoon villain? She's a human being with her good and her flaws like everyone else. Having got a taste for being in the royal family I doubt she has any intentions of whatever it is everyone is suggesting. I do wonder if she said I'm going to be a SAHM no more public appearances, no more charity visits, just gonna sit at home in my yoga pants, hang out with my friends, bring up my children- could she do that?

I do think all this scrutiny will lead to them getting divorced and then everyone will be like "told you, she had a MASTER PLAN"

Some of the things said is awful, to say people cant suffer from depression because they are rich is just ridiculous , so what if they have money for therapy or nannies doesn't take away what they r feeling. Some people thinking she is acting and this awful person , honesty r just weird

It's not just her though is it.

Nobody ever asks mum or dad if they're okay. All post birth checks are aimed at the baby rather than the parents.

As MM in particular I think it was a bit cheeky.

Don't launch a legal battle against the press then try and get them to help win you some support.

All these stupid,ignorant comments about her being an actress are irrelevant!! Are posters saying that actresses do not have feelings and are not vulnerable like everyone else? I think the vitriol towards her and Harry is disgusting and destroys my faith in human nature ...agree they havnt always got it right but the monumental ignorance of the public is breathtaking,believing all the shit that is written about them in the press!!

The same as any Royal. Act with dignity and integrity ( ie not be in papers the whole time) , look good, open things and be the head of worthy causes.

What I don’t want; making it all about “ you”; drama, preaching, being a celeb. Not saying Meghan is doing all of these things but it’s more that way than the other.

She’s got her family now. Harry is never going to be King .There is no reason to stay Royal because frankly they aren’t doing a great job. Doesn’t matter if it’s warranted or not, they are in the papers for shit reasons rather than good ones ( or better yet, not in them at all).

You do understand how papers work don’t you? Editors decide what goes in them.

I always knew this so i am not surprised but often it seems reading papers online etc that the general belief is that if you are rich/privileged/important/titled; you dont feel or have no right to feel
