I saw the clip today and was moved enough to send her a card. She might have tonnes of privilege and no money worries but she's made of flesh and bone like all of us are and has the same emotions as any new mum would have. All she did was fall in love and some people will never accept her and think they own her.

If she is "struggling", no one is stopping her and her family from moving out of the public life. This is yet another attempt to stay in the news. She probably is annoyed with all the positive attention and media coverage that Kate has been getting of late.

Some people are really dim.

Seemed like a reasonable interview and it was only towards the end when she was asked about her feelings. It was pleasant, she handled it well and has no doubt moved on since.

I really felt for her in interview and I do not understand who some people can be so uncaring and how the media are so awful. She was a successful woman in her own right before she married prince Harry.

The way she's been treated has been absolutely disgraceful. When Kate married and had kids, the disdain turned to affection and admiration and she's largely been left alone since. With Meghan, marriage and a baby has only made the attacks worse. The snide comments on the baby were revolting.

It's revolting.

50 years from now, people will look back at this and know exactly what all this was really all about. 🤨

She has moved around the world to be with her partner
She has got married
She has a batshitcrazy family
She was pregnant
She has a newborn

Each of those is pretty stressful, Put them all together in a relatively short timescale and I think any normal person would find it hard. And that’s before you add in the royal family/spotlight/press attention angle.

I think it’s incredible that she is still upright to be honest.

Oh yes those awful low kerb licking comments about a 4month old baby really showed those posters up for what they are.

I'm first to admit I'm not a fan of hers, I don't like that she's so spendy and more celebrity than royal and I find Harry so arrogant.

However... I really did feel for her in this interview, and I'm sure he feels helpless to protect her (just like with his mum) the oddly timed law suit against the mail and weird secrecy over christening etc. Is a knee jerk reaction to feeling very vulnerable.

I hope this has a happy ending and she becomes easier to accept (I was impressed with the low key wardrobe on the tour and that they tackled some very real and gritty problems in South Africa with grace) I'm finding her a bit more likeable...at the moment, for me, the jury's out

i dont know how anyone could stand what she has had put her way.its horrid.and when you read that statement from harry a week back i think it showed in his words too just how awful it had hit them.
she isnt superhuman.she isnt unlike any one of us.yes she is in the public eye and an actress.but noone could get a thick skin to the kind of shit that she has had.its bullying,often racist and always vile.

She has her own money. Maybe it’s that she’s spent? She seems more a celebrity than the other royals because she’s a fairly well known actress. Harry is nothing like arrogant.

Totally agree with this. The documentary about Jesy from little mix showed how vile online bullying is and had overwhelming support. How does anyone think this is any different?

I do feel sorry for her, but equally I think the interview was a little ill-judged. She doesn't seem to show any recognition of quite how privileged she is. It just opens her up for more criticism.

Definitely she's had been through a lot of life changing events in a very short space of time but wouldn't visiting Southern Africa and seeing the daily struggles and limited life opportunities make you count your blessings?

It's very easy to be an arsehole from a keypad though!

Why be interviewed? Kate isn’t. She should step away from the limelight. Just do the job she’s got herself.
