Oh I have two tickets....

Please please please

Longdistance · 08/10/2019 23:01

I’d love it. Fuck knows how I’d explain all this new found wealth though, meh!

FoodWoes · 08/10/2019 23:02

I ha done online. Not won.

But 2 downstairs in my bag.

I'm not going to check them yet. I'll play schrodingers lotto ticket for a bit longer 😂

Didn't do it today, bugger!

GaraMedouar · 08/10/2019 23:05

Ooh - I did it today especially - I will keep the anticipation of checking the numbers until the morning..... Smile

Dieu · 08/10/2019 23:19

I'd bloody love a lottery win, but that is just too much money. It wouldn't sit right with me. A few million would be the dream though. Sigh.

StressedOuta · 08/10/2019 23:20

It's me!!

JustaAggie · 08/10/2019 23:20

I would genuinely give away 150 million within the first month.

I couldn’t spend 20 million in ten lifetimes and it would be enough for me.

Soola · 08/10/2019 23:21

It might be a syndicate 😎

FoodWoes · 08/10/2019 23:21

Dieu you could give 90% of it to friends, family and charity and still live wonderfully for the rest of your life.

True, very true. Alright, consider my arm twisted Grin

Gingernaut · 08/10/2019 23:31

I didn't even get one number. 😢

LookingForward2020 · 08/10/2019 23:32

That would be me. Send me your bank card numbers, pin, full names and addresses. I will send each of you a minimum of £1500. First one to PM me gets the highest amount. Hurry

Obviously joking.

I would love to win that. One of my first projects would involve improving access to clean water in poor countries. And helping such communities to become self sufficient. I have a very long wish list of what I could try and achieve (in between travelling the world)

FoodWoes · 08/10/2019 23:35

I would do so much good. I honestly would.

After sorting out my kids and family I would give so much of it away and set up my own charities.

I did it in the app and it still says check later Confused

Jellybeansincognito · 08/10/2019 23:47

It’s an amazing amount of money.
I’d try and help as many people as I physically could.

I’m sad that I can’t, because it wasn’t us that won! Haha.

FoodWoes · 08/10/2019 23:51

100percent, you an check your own numbers and see the results on the app. They just haven't done the bit where they personalise it to winners yet.

PS I love Lizzo ❤️

Chunkers · 08/10/2019 23:52

I wonder how long it takes the ‘news about your ticket’ email to reach the high winners? I’ve had a £10 win come in as late as 3pm.

100PercentThatBitch · 08/10/2019 23:52

Lizzo tickets with my win 😂

100PercentThatBitch · 08/10/2019 23:56

Not one single sausage

No £2m house with a pool for me yet again then ! EnvySad

OhMsBeliever · 09/10/2019 00:08

I do it online. I thought I'd bought a ticket, but I must have got distracted and forgot. 🙄

Maybe a relative of mine has won it? Or a friend who will soon be my new best friend? Grin

If it's anyone here - I love you, you beautiful person. Wink

UnoriginalUserName948 · 09/10/2019 00:24

Well, it ain't me, so that narrows all your odds slightly!

Chloe9 · 09/10/2019 00:28

I really, really hope it was the supermarket cashier next to me earlier who said she had to have the winning ticket or she would lose her house. I mean it probably won't be, but I don't think she was joking. I'm rooting for you Brenda (not sure that was her name but it should have been)!

ReadyPayerTwo · 09/10/2019 00:35

Seriously though, what would you do if you won??

Would you stay in your area and just lord it over your neighbours, and probably become rather unpopular, or would you move elsewhere and hope no one finds out?

About two miles from us is a very posh area and in one street a lottery owner lives. I know this because an estate agent happened to mention it to a neighbour who passed it on etc and now the whole city seems to know!

From time to time I dream about winning (although I've never bought a ticket) and in my head I make a list of the top ten friends I'd give money to to improve their lives. For some reason I can't get particularly excited about improving my own!

Bloodybridget · 09/10/2019 00:50

I honestly think winning that much would be a nightmare, unless you gave, say, all but two or three million away immediately. But deciding which family members and friends you'd share it with, and how much you'd give each person?? There'd be so much scope for offending someone! I'd be happy with, say, half a million (old, no mortgage, have a reasonable amount of money already, but it would be nice to do a bit more to the house and treat the family).
