I had my first dream orgasm with a guy who was totally unknown to me.

You'll have seen him somewhere about in RL, your subconscious clocked him. Apparently the mind can't create imaginary faces, everyone we dream about is someone we've seen somehow, RL, TV, stage, etc, and our brain just uses those faces in dreams.
