Job that earns £150 a day?

Just really...I am thinking of moving back to the uk and in my current job I earn (170+euros a day) so that is approx 150 pounds! And by day I mean I 9-5 at the most! Current hours are 9-4(latest)
What kind of jobs/positions In the uk would I need to get to have the same earning potential??
Not stating what I do as I am open to changing, I don’t actually think my job in the I’m would earn the same. Thank you

OP I presume you are working as a teacher in Ireland currently. To be honest I would stay where you are. I don't think the pay and conditions are available in the UK. With increments your pay will continue to rise .

I thought my point was quite clear jojo, but I'll clarify. I wouldn't be advising someone who can earn enough to live comfortably in the north but isn't a mega earner to look at London, when they've shown no particular interest in the place and the things you can only get there. That isn't to say teachers etc can't be happy there, but when it comes to eg buying property, there's really no comparison.

I think you'll be probably better off Wherever you are. Salaries are very much regional... I have a Russel group Hons BA an LSE MA and can speak fluently 3 languages. Worked for a massive dot.com for seven years, was made redundant at senior level. In Cornwall I was unemployed for a year and now I've finally found a job in my field but different industry and I'm making the wonderful salary of £18k.
